    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a V2X message sending method, apparatus, and system, and relate to the field of Internet of Vehicles. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, first configuration information, where the first configuration information is used for determining a first transmission resource pool; determining the first transmission resource pool based on the first configuration information; selecting a first transmission resource from the first transmission resource pool in a first transmission resource obtaining manner when a preset condition is met; and sending a V2X message by using the first transmission resource.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a network node data scheduling method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes the following steps: obtaining, by user equipment, first system information of a current serving micro network node, determining, by the user equipment, a first shared carrier of a serving micro network node group according to the first system information, and transmitting, by the user equipment, service data according to the first system information by using the first shared carrier; when it is determined that a preset cell handover condition is met, handing over, by the user equipment, to a target cell, obtaining second system information of a target micro network node corresponding to the target cell, and transmitting the service data in the target cell according to the second system information by using a second shared carrier of a micro network node group to which the target micro network node belongs.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a cell handover method and a device. so that the target eNB uses a current serving small node as a user plane serving node after UE is handed over and uses the target eNB as a control plane serving node after the UE is handed over; receiving a handover request acknowledgment sent by the target eNB; and sending offloading configuration information of the current serving small node to the current serving small node, and sending RRC reconfiguration information of the UE to the UE, so that offloading configuration is performed separately by the current serving small node and the UE. This avoids a problem that in a cell handover process, a transmission resource required for transmission increases and a delay is relatively great because the current serving small node forwards a large amount of data to the target eNB.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a broadcast mechanism-based unicast session system, method, and apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium, and a vehicle, to establish a unicast session carried through broadcast between an initiator device and a responder device. An extension identifier of the initiator device or the responder device is added to a unicast request message, a unicast response message, or a unicast acknowledgment message sent in a broadcast manner, to avoid a session error caused by a MAC identifier conflict of the initiator device or the responder device, thereby improving reliability of the unicast session.
