Abstract:
An exchange controls a display section of a receiving side telephone in accordance with recording of an originating side voice, and controls an output of the originating side voice from a voice output section in accordance with an input to an input section of the receiving side telephone. A recipient can check with the display section that recording of the originating side voice is in progress, and make the originating side voice being recorded outputted, by operating the input section. Since it is possible to output the voice after checking a situation around the receiving side telephone, a risk that the originating side voice is improperly heard by someone else is reduced.
Abstract:
A color picture tube device that can adjust convergence without causing increases in cost and in power consumption is provided. One pair of magnetic flux generation means for generating a static quadrupole magnetic field are positioned above and below an area where a plurality of electron beams pass through. The static quadrupole magnetic field has an effect of adjusting convergence in a horizontal direction. In this construction, a magnetic flux generated by one of the two magnetic flux generation means that is closer to the plurality of electron beams is reduced, in sync with deflection of the plurality of electron beams in a vertical direction.
Abstract:
A color picture tube device that can suppress the deformation of the electron beam spot shape and improve the horizontal resolution using a simple construction is provided. A horizontal deflection coil generates a horizontal deflection magnetic field that is substantially uniform. A plurality of electron beams are substantially parallel with the tube axis when passing one end of a core of a deflection yoke facing an electron gun. A lens forming unit forms a lens through which the plurality of electron beams pass, between the electron gun end of the core and a phosphor screen. The lens has an effect of causing the plurality of electron beams to approach each other in a horizontal direction, irrespective of which part of the phosphor screen the plurality of electron beams reach.
Abstract:
A printing drum (2), to which a stencil sheet having subjected to a stencil making process is attached, can be attached to and removed from a printer main body (1). A nonvolatile memory (25) is provided in the printing drum. The number of print products is stored in the nonvolatile memory as “Information on the use” of the printing drum. A control device (5) of the printer main body reads out “Information on the use” from the nonvolatile memory and stores them in a RAM (12) when the printing drum is attached to the printer main body. Subsequently, when printing is performed, information on the number of print products is updated. When the printing drum is removed from the printer main body, “Information on the use” is updated and written into the nonvolatile memory.
Abstract:
A thin multi-layer circuit board having alternately stacked wiring pattern layers, including a top wiring pattern layer and insulating layers on an insulating plate-like substrate. The wiring pattern layers are electronically connected through vias in the insulating layers to form a predetermined circuit pattern by said wiring pattern layers. A metallic barrier layer is formed on the top wiring pattern layer, except at an exclusion zone of the metallic barrier layer. An electronic part-mounting pad layer and a remodeling pad layer are formed on the metallic barrier layer. The remodeling pad layer is arranged adjacent the electronic part-mounting pad layer, with the exclusion zone therebetween.
Abstract:
An illumination apparatus for illuminating paintings at least a part of which is painted by a particular paint that emits or reflects light upon reception of ultraviolet ray, has a first illumination lamp constituted of an ultraviolet lamp and a second illumination lamp constituted of incandescent lamps. The ultraviolet lamp and incandescent lamps are controlled by a control circuit to be repetitively turned on and off as time elapses in accordance with a control sequence selected by an observer. While the incandescent lamps are turned on, the ultraviolet lamp is turned off to make the painting viewed as, e.g., a daytime landscape without showing, e.g., a nighttime landscape, and while the incandescent lamps are turned on, the ultraviolet lamp is turned on to make the same painting viewed as the nighttime landscape.
Abstract:
An apparatus for controlling fuel injection in a multicylinder internal combustion engine, wherein fuel injectors for each cylinder are simultaneously operated synchronous with crank angles. The amount of injection is controlled by signals from an air flow meter. The apparatus includes a system operating, nonsynchronous with crank angles, the injectors when the engine is accelerated. The amount of nonsynchronous fuel injection is controlled in accordance with the position of the nonsynchronous injection (i.e., occurrence of acceleration) between adjacent synchronous injections.
Abstract:
A positioning control system has a disturbance observer for estimating a disturbance from a displaced distance of a cylinder of a controlled object, and feeding back an estimated disturbance. The positioning control system also includes a saturation element and a low-pass element disposed in a feedback loop including the disturbance observer, and a saturated value changer for changing a saturated value of the saturation element based on a deviation. The saturation element is disposed in a forward path of a positive-feedback minor loop, whereas the low-pass element is disposed in a feedback path of the positive-feedback minor loop.
Abstract:
Image reading device, when connected directly with a printer supporting a predetermined communications standard, enables the printer to print an image with a size or a layout desired by a user, irrespective of the internal setting of the printer. The inventive devices comprises an image detecting portion reading an original image, an image data generating portion generating an original image data, an image data outputting portion which outputs an image data with a communication mode which can be received by a printer supporting a predetermined communication standard and which renders an image represented by the image data printable with the printer, and an image modification processing portion modifying the original image data based on an image data for modification obtained by reading a reference image containing a predetermined pattern printed through the printer, and thereby an original image will printed with a desired size or a desired layout.
