    摘要: A wiper device for a vehicle disclosed is provided with a wiper motor, a wiper pivot connected to the wiper motor, and a pivot holder having a base portion attached to the vehicle body and a bearing hole pivotally supporting the wiper pivot in a rotatable manner. Here, the wiper pivot can rotate around the pivot axis thereof by using a drive force from the wiper motor and has a cutout portion, and the wiper pivot extends so as to project toward an outer side of the vehicle body. In such a structure, it is further structured such that a C ring engaged with the cutout portion of the wiper pivot is released from the cutout portion when a load equal to or more than a predetermined value acts on the wiper pivot. In this case, as a result, the wiper pivot is moved to an inner side of the vehicle body.

    摘要: An image fixing apparatus includes such an image fixing roller for thermally fixing images on an image receiving material that includes (a) a core roller member; and (b) an exothermic phase transition layer provided on the core roller member. The exothermic phase transition layer includes an exothermic phase transition material capable of performing reversible phase transition from an amorphous state to a crystalline state and vice versa, and crystallizing at a crystallization temperature which is lower than a predetermined image fixing temperature, with liberation of crystallization heat therefrom, and the exothermic phase transition material having a melting point higher than the image fixing temperature, thereby additionally increasing the temperature elevation rate before the temperature of the outer peripheral surface of the image fixing roller reaches the image fixing temperature to shorten the warm up time of the image fixing roller.

    摘要: A mechanism for drawing superimposed webs in a rotary press comprises: a drag roller provided between a printing press and a folding machine so as to be rotated and driven at a peripheral velocity suitably higher than that of a plate cylinder; a plurality of propeller rollers operative for selective engagement with or disengagement from the edge portions at the respective sides of a plurality of printing webs which are superimposed upon each another and wound around the outer peripheral surface of the drag roller, the propeller rollers being rotatable and provided along the outer peripheral surface of the drag roller at both ends thereof; and pressing apparatus for pressing the propeller rollers onto the edge portions of the printing webs. The plurality of printing webs fed from the printing press, superimposed upon each another and wound around the outer peripheral surface of the drag roller, are respectively pressed along their edge portions at opposite sides thereof onto the outer peripheral surface of the drag roller by the plurality of propeller rollers and are simultaneously drawn by rotating and driving the drag roller, to be supplied to the folding machine.

    摘要: A process for producing an automotive molded roof material is provided which comprises sheeting a foamable sheet forming composition comprising a specified propylene resin, a glass fiber, a radical initiator, a crosslinking auxiliary and a foaming agent in specific proportions into a foamable sheet, lining one side of the foamable sheet with a backing sheet so as to integrate these and irradiating the foamable sheet with ionizing radiation to thereby crosslink the propylene resin, followed by heating the foamable sheet so as to cause the foamable sheet to foam, placing a cover sheet on the other side of the foamed sheet before the sheet cools to solidify and press molding the cover sheet on the foamed sheet to cover. There is also provided an automotive molded roof material produced by the above process. An automotive molded roof material is obtained which can be recycled, is lightweight and has high rigidity.
