    摘要: A first one-way valve is provided in a first advance passage connecting a hydraulic pump to a control advance chamber. A second one-way valve is provided in a first retard passage connecting the hydraulic pump to a control retard chamber. A first control valve is provided in a second advance passage to bypass the first one-way valve for communication of the first advance passage. A second control valve is provided in a second retard passage to bypass the second one-way valve for communication of the first retard passage. The first control valve operates by the pilot pressure to close the second advance passage at advance controlling and opening it at retard controlling. The second control valve operates by the pilot pressure to close the second retard passage at retard controlling and open it at advance controlling.

A thin film transistor manufacturing method including the steps of: forming a gate electrode on a substrate; forming a gate insulation layer on the gate electrode; forming a semiconductor layer by coating the gate insulation layer with a semiconductor material; forming a repellent layer having an electrode material-repellent characteristic on the semiconductor layer; applying light from the surface of the substrate where there is no gate electrode, thereby removing the semiconductor layer and the repellent layer by sublimation, except for the portion protected against light by the gate electrode; and dropping the fluid electrode material on the repellent layer remaining on the substrate so that the fluid electrode material is separated by the repellent layer, whereby the source electrode and the drain electrode are formed.

The exhaust gas guide member forms an exhaust gas passage which introduces the exhaust gas flowing from the exhaust gas introducing portion into the intake pipe toward an opposite end of the airflow control valve relative to the valve shaft. Thereby, the exhaust gas flows together with an intake air flow of high velocity generated by the airflow control valve so that a tumble flow can be generated in a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine.

    摘要: A keylock collar 2 is constituted to include a square cylinder portion 21 on its body front side half and a cylindrical portion 22 on its body back side half. The circular outer circumference 26 of the cylindrical portion 22 has eleven ridges 27 formed at an angularly equal spacing to bulge radially outward. When an ignition key is turned to a lock position and pulled from the keyhole, a lock key 19 is protruded toward the axis of a steering shaft 13. As a result, the leading end of the lock key 19 comes into engagement between the side faces 271 and 271 of the adjoining ridges 27 and 27 of the keylock collar 2 so that the steering shaft 13 is fixed with respect to a column 11 thereby to block the rotation of the steering shaft 13.
