    摘要: There is provided a process for producing an alicyclic diketone compound represented by the formula (1) ##STR1## wherein X is a single bond, --CH.sub.2 --, --C(CH.sub.3).sub.2 --, --O-- or --SO.sub.2 --, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, m and n are 0 to 2, comprising dehydrogenating an alicyclic diol compound represented by the formula (2) ##STR2## wherein X, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, m and n are as defined above in a liquid phase in the presence of at least one member selected from the group consisting of copper type catalysts and Raney type catalysts.

    摘要: A field oxide film 12, an n.sup.+ -type dispersion layer 13, and an interlayer insulating film 14 are formed on a p-type semiconductor substrate, and a contact hole is formed therein. A titanium film 15 is deposited on the surface formed thus far, and arsenic is ion-implanted into a contact region through the titanium film, forming a phosphorus-dispersed layer. The substrate is heat-treated to activate the impurity in the phosphorus-dispersed layer 16 and to cause titanium and silicon to react with each other, thereby forming a titanium silicide film 17 in the contact region. A metal film is then deposited and patterned into a metal wiring 18 without removing a silicon nitride film 15a which has been produced from the titanium film.

    摘要: A biocatalyst is immobilized with a graft product of a polymer and saponified polyvinyl acetate containing a stilbazolium group as a photo-crosslinking group. The polymer is preferably gelatin, collagen, starch, cellulose, gum arabic, tragacanth gum, carrageenan, mannan, dextrin or alginic acid. The graft product is prepared by bonding the polymer to the polyvinyl acetate, either directly through functional groups of the polymer and polyvinyl acetate or through a crosslinking agent. The polymer provides affinity for the biocatalyst and by grafting the polymer to the saponified polyvinyl acetate, damage to cells upon immobilization is reduced. A liquid composition containing a biocatalyst and the graft product is added to an aqueous solution of an inorganic salt or an organic salt to form a granular gel and the gel is irradiated with actinic rays to cure the gel.
