摘要： A vibration-damping resin molded product which can be used as an engine part or attachment in a motor vehicle, the resin molded product being made of a blend of nylons comprising:(A) 5 to 90% by weight, based on the total amount of the blend, of a nylon 6 resin,(B) 5 to 90% by weight, based on the total amount of the blend, of a xylylenediamine-based nylon resin, and(C) 5 to 90% by weight, based on the total amount of the blend, of a nylon 66 resin. 摘要： Since a 5 GHz-band broadband has a frequency twice that of 2.4 GHz, the parasitic capacitance greatly influences deterioration in isolation of a switching device used in this frequency region. Therefore, to improve isolation, a shunt FET is added to the device. The switching device also includes a protecting element that has a first n+-type region, an insulating region and a second n+-type region. This protecting element is connected in parallel between two electrodes of the shunt FET. Since electrostatic charges are discharged between the first and second n+-type regions, the electrostatic energy reaching an operation region of the shunt FET can be reduced without an increase in parasitic capacitance.

摘要： A Schottky barrier diode has a Schottky electrode formed on an operation region of a GaAs substrate and an ohmic electrode surrounding the Schottky electrode. The ohmic electrode is disposed directly on an impurity-implanted region formed on the substrate. A nitride film insulates the ohmic electrode from a wiring layer connected to the Schottky electrode crossing over the ohmic electrode. The planar configuration of this device does not include the conventional polyimide layer, and thus has a better high frequency characteristics than conventional devices.

摘要： An intake air duct serves as a passage for supplying air to an engine, and includes a first intake air passage, a second intake air passage, an opening-and-closing valve, an interlocking member and a coiled spring. The opening-and-closing valve is disposed swingably in the second intake air passage so as to open and close the second intake air passage. The interlocking member is disposed outside the first intake air passage or the second intake air passage, and swings by interlocking with the swinging of the opening-and-closing valve. The coiled spring is disposed swingably outside the first intake air passage or the second intake air passage, and has a swinging end, which is brought into contact with a surface of the interlocking member. The swinging end slides on a surface of the interlocking member as the swinging of the interlocking member. The second intake air passage is opened by the opening-and-closing valve when a first urging force, which acts onto the coiled spring while the interlocking member swings so as to interlock with the opening-and-closing valve being swung in an opening direction by a negative pressure exerted in the second intake air passage, is larger than a second urging force, which is exerted by a spring elasticity of the coiled spring. The second intake air passage is closed when the first urging force is smaller than the second urging force.

Further, they have other characterizing features which consist in that the apparatus is provided with a liquid injecting nozzle and/or a gas blowing nozzle and/or a hot air blowing nozzle for allowing liquid and/or gas and/or hot air to be injected and/or blown into the interior of the rotary drum whereby a period of time required for performing steps of washing, dewatering and drying the wash in the rotary drum can be shortened. Moreover, they have another characterizing feature which consists in that the rotary drum is rotated and air is blown into the interior of the rotary drum while a door is kept opened so that the wash can be discharged from the rotary drum at a high efficiency under the influence of force generated by flowing of the air.
