To obtain a high quality image at a vascular area at high speed: (1) there is used a pulse sequence which includes a bipolar phase encoding magnetic field, dephases a stationary area, and does not generate the first order moment; (2) phase distortions are estimated from measured data and removed, without incorporating a new function for function fitting; and (3) the relationship between the application timing of a readout gradient magnetic field and the latest application time of the other slice selection and phase encoding magnetic fields is obtained using as its parameter the time T.sub.E from excitation to generation of an echo peak within a measurement signal, and using this relationship, the application timing T.sub.E is obtained which makes minimum the echo peak shift quantity.

Alternatively, one measured resonance signal is modified by an image reconstruction algorithm peculiar to each of a plurality of chemical shift components, to obtain tomograms corresponding to the chemical shift components.

The multi-database server designates a range to be decrypted at the time of acquiring and integrating respective result tables. A client program acquires an integrated result table and decrypts the designated range. Since the data encrypted by the external database server is decrypted by and is referred to the client program, it becomes difficult for the multi-database server to refer to a content of the concealed columns.

Further, an initial upper limit speed in start of the plate separating operation is set higher than the succeeding upper limit speeds, whereby viscosity of the solder cream into the pattern hole in start of the plate separating operation is lowered, and the mask plate can be separated with a high accuracy throughout the entire range of the substrate.

The present invention provides a copper alloy for electronic part which is excellent in adhesion of silver(Ag) and reliability of solderability and adhesion of plating without impairing excellent strength and electrical conductivity of a copper-nickel-silicon alloy. The copper alloy for electronic parts in the present invention consist essentially of 1.7 to 4.0% by weight of nickel, 0.3 to 0.8% by weight of silicon, 0.002 to 0.3% by weight of silver, 0.5 to 2.0% by weight of zinc, and a residual of copper.
