摘要: A prediction value calculator calculates a prediction value of an electricity fee based on the amount of electric power supplied from a commercial electric power source to electric equipment within an electricity fee calculation period. A selector selects, as a first-stage control, either one control of an electric power saving control for the electric equipment and a charge-discharge control in which the electric power supplied from the commercial electric power source is stored in a storage battery in a first time slot and the electric power stored in the storage battery is supplied to the electric equipment in a second time slot in which the unit cost of the electric power supplied from the commercial electric power source is greater than that in the first time slot. A controller executes the first-stage control selected by the selector when the prediction value calculated by the prediction value calculator is greater than a targeted value of the electricity fee.

Then, the controller is configured to set the respective energy-saving modes of the electrical devices via a home network based on the received condition.

摘要: A photovoltaic power conditioning system (PV-PCS) outputs power generated by a photovoltaic panel. An electric vehicle power conditioning system charges an electric vehicle with power supplied from a commercial power system or the power outputted from the PV-PCS. The PV-PCS directly or indirectly receives limitation information from a server. During a limitation period in which the power to be outputted from the PV-PCS is limited, a management device obtains a suppressed power generation amount on the basis of a readily estimated power generation amount of the PV panel, and controls the PV-PCS so that charging power increases by having the suppressed power generation amount as an upper limit.

A device icon positioner positions an icon of the electric device in each room in the floor plan edited by the floor plan editor, in accordance with the user operation. A layout generator generates layout information for the electric device in the home, based on the edited floor plan and the positioned icon.

The home appliance (10) includes a first detector for detecting a communication interruption on a first communication line (41, 42) for transmission of the operation instruction from the relay device (20, 30) to the home appliance (10), a receiver for receiving, from the relay device, an interruption signal indicating a communication interruption on a second communication line (42, 43) for transmitting the operation instruction from a communication device to the relay device (20, 30), and a state changer for changing a state of the home appliance in accordance with a duration of at least one of the communication interruption detected by the first detector or the communication interruption indicated by the interruption signal. The relay device (20, 30) includes a second detector for detecting the communication interruption on the second communication line (42, 43), and a transmitter for transmitting the interruption signal to the home appliance (10) when the communication interruption is detected by the second detector.
