    摘要: An array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The array substrate comprises: a gate electrode (11) and a gate line (12) located on a base substrate (00); an active layer (20) located on a film layer where the gate electrode (11) and the gate line (12) are located; a drain electrode (31), a source electrode (32) and a data line (33) located on the active layer (20); a pixel electrode (40) located on a film layer where the drain electrode (31), the drain electrode (32) and the data line (33) are located and connected to the drain electrode (31) through a first via hole (100); and a common electrode layer (50) located on a film layer where the pixel electrode (40) is located and insulated from the pixel electrode (40); wherein, the common electrode layer (50) includes a plurality of self-capacitive electrodes (51) disposed on a same layer and mutually insulated; the array substrate further comprises: a plurality of conducting lines (60), located on the film layer where the drain electrode (31), the source electrode (32) and the data line (33) are located, and insulated from the drain electrode (31), the source drain (32), the data line (33) and the pixel electrode (40); and, disposed on a layer different from the common electrode layer (50), and each of the conducting lines (60) being electrically connected to a corresponding self-capacitive electrode (51) through a second via hole (200).

    摘要: The embodiments of the present invention disclose an electrochromic grating, a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The method of manufacturing the electrochromic grating comprises: forming a first transparent electrode layer on a first substrate; forming a resin layer on the first transparent electrode layer and forming a plurality of grooves in the resin layer; forming a second transparent electrode layer on a second substrate; perfusing at least one of solution type or gel type electrochromic material into the plurality of grooves; and then, encapsulating the first substrate and the second substrate. In this way, by using the at least one of solution type or gel type electrochromic material filled in the grooves, the conversion speed of the electrochromic grating between the transparent state and the colored state can be increased, the conversion response speed of the display panel between 2D picture and 3D picture can be further increased, so as to realize a higher contrast, thereby improving the display effect.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting diode display unit, a driving method thereof and a display device are disclosed. At least part of pixel units are pixel units each with a stacked structure; each pixel unit with the stacked structure includes two adjacent subpixel unit stacked groups; and each subpixel unit stacked group includes at least two subpixel units which have different emitting colors and are stacked and insulated from each other. During display of different image frames, each subpixel unit stacked group in each pixel unit with the stacked structure can display gray-scale effect of at least two colors based on applied signals. Compared with an approach that each subpixel unit can only display gray-scale effect of only one color for different image frames, the display effect can be improved.

    摘要: An in-cell touch panel and a display device are disclosed. The in-cell touch panel includes a plurality of self-capacitance electrodes disposed on the same layer and independent from each other, a touch sensing chip and a plurality of wires. The self-capacitance electrodes constitute a common electrode layer and the wires and the self-capacitance electrodes are disposed on different layers. The touch sensing chip is configured to apply common electrode signals to self-capacitance electrodes in a display time period and determine touch positions by detecting capacitance value variation of self-capacitance electrodes in a touch time period. In the touch panel, the common electrode layer is reused as self-capacitance electrodes, thereby implementing touch function without a touch dead zone.

    摘要: A mask and a method of fabricating spacers (2) using the mask (1). The mask (1) comprises a light transmitting region including an array of light transmitting holes (230), a light non-transmitting region and a phase shifting layer (240) formed in one of two adjacent light transmitting holes (230) of the mask for shifting phrase of lights passing through the light transmitting holes (230). Thus, a light intensity can be reduced or lowered to zero when the lights pass through a diffractive region of the two adjacent light transmitting holes (230). Therefore, a bridging effect between two adjacent spacers (2) is alleviated and even avoided during fabricating the spacers (2).

    摘要: An array substrate, a display device and a control method thereof are disclosed. The array substrate includes a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines which are intercrossed to define pixels arranged in an array. The gate lines include n gate line groups and n+1 main gate lines; each gate line group includes a first gate line and a second gate line which are adjacent to each other; the first gate line is provided corresponding to a first transistor, and the second gate line is provided corresponding to a second transistor and a switching element; both the first gate line and the second gate line in the ith gate line group are connected with the ith main gate line; a gate electrode of the first transistor is connected with the first gate line, a source electrode connected with a corresponding data line, a drain electrode connected with a pixel electrode; a gate electrode of the second transistor is connected with one end of the switching element in a pixel unit, a source electrode connected with a corresponding data line, a drain electrode connected with a pixel electrode; and the other end of the switching element is connected with a main gate line in the (i+1)th row and configured to control on/off operation of the second transistor.
