    摘要: A color space determination device may include a sampling configuration unit and determination unit. The sampling configuration unit may be configured to determine a sampling ratio and a sampling number based on a resolution of input video data, the sampling ratio being a ratio of a number of the input video data to be sampled to a total number of the input video data included in a frame, the sampling number being a number of frames to be sampled. The determination unit may be configured to receive the input video data in units of frames, to sample the input video data with the sampling ratio for each of the sampling number of frames, and to generate a color space signal representing a color space of the input video data based on the sampled input video data that are sampled from the sampling number of frames of the input video data.

    摘要: A method for generating a downlink signal and searching for a cell from the downlink signal in an OFDM-based cellular system is provided. Thus, a pilot pattern is formed in the downlink signal, and the pilot pattern is formed of a product of a cell-specific scrambling code and a cell group-specific code. The scrambling code is different for each cell and the same for each sub-frame, and the cell group-specific code is different for each cell and different for each sub-frame.

    摘要: An environment-resistant module which provides both thermal and vibration isolation for a packaged micromachined or MEMS device is disclosed. A microplatform and a support structure for the microplatform provide the thermal and vibration isolation. The package is both hermetic and vacuum compatible and provides vertical feedthroughs for signal transfer. A micromachined or MEMS device transfer method is also disclosed that can handle a wide variety of individual micromachined or MEMS dies or wafers, in either a hybrid or integrated fashion. The module simultaneously provides both thermal and vibration isolation for the MEMS device using the microplatform and the support structure which may be fabricated from a thin glass wafer that is patterned to create crab-leg shaped suspension tethers or beams.

    摘要: Provided is an apparatus and method for transmitting/receiving time information in a mobile communication system. In a method for calculating a current time in the mobile communication system, time information is received from a base station. Date information and parameters for calculation of time are obtained on the basis of the received time information. A lapse time length from a reference time is calculated on the basis of the parameters. A current time is calculated using the calculated lapse time length and the date information. The time information is periodically transmitted and received using the idle frame of an idle state and the stealing flag of a normal burst contained in a BCCH.
