摘要: In a liquid crystal display (LCD) device, an LED PCB with the reflection layer formed on surface thereof is installed at an upper side of the LED array and a reflection plate extends such that it sufficiently covers the lower portion of the LED array to thus make light emitted from the light source incident to its maximum level, thus coping with the reduction in the quantity of light resulting from making the LCD device thinner. The LCD device includes: a liquid crystal panel; an LED array supplying light to the liquid crystal panel; a light guide plate installed in a direction in which the LED outputs light, and guiding light; a reflection plate formed between the LED array and a lower portion of a lower cover; and an LED PCB attached to an upper portion of the lower cover at an upper side of the LED array and having a reflection layer formed at a side facing the light guide plate. Because an existing LED housing reflector is removed, a cost and processing time can be reduced and an assembling process is simplified to improve a defective rate and production yield.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an apparatus of a sensorless brush less direct current (BLDC) motor capable of rapidly driving the BLDC motor at a decreased speed. The apparatus includes: a switching unit configured to switch a direct current (DC) power depending on a plurality of pulse width modulation (PWM) signals to generate a three-phase alternating current (AC) power and apply the generated three-phase AC power to the BLDC motor to drive the BDLC motor; a plurality of voltage dividers configured to divide voltages of reverse electromotive forces generated in the BLDC motor; and a controlling unit configured to calculate a current rotation speed of the BLDC motor using output signals of the plurality of voltage dividers, generate the plurality of PWM signals depending on the calculated current rotation speed and a command rotation speed and output the plurality of PWM signals to the switching unit, divide a rotation phase angle of the BLDC motor into a speed decreasing region and a zero crossing point (ZCP) detecting region in the case of decreasing a rotation speed of the BLDC motor, decrease the rotation speed of the BLDC motor in the case in which the rotation phase angle of the BLDC motor is in the speed decreasing region, and detect ZCPs of the reverse electromotive forces in the case in which the rotation phase angle of the BLDC motor is in the ZCP detecting region. The apparatus may very rapidly decrease a speed of the BLDC motor to a required speed.

摘要: An environment-resistant module which provides both thermal and vibration isolation for a packaged micromachined or MEMS device is disclosed. A microplatform and a support structure for the microplatform provide the thermal and vibration isolation. The package is both hermetic and vacuum compatible and provides vertical feedthroughs for signal transfer. A micromachined or MEMS device transfer method is also disclosed that can handle a wide variety of individual micromachined or MEMS dies or wafers, in either a hybrid or integrated fashion. The module simultaneously provides both thermal and vibration isolation for the MEMS device using the microplatform and the support structure which may be fabricated from a thin glass wafer that is patterned to create crab-leg shaped suspension tethers or beams.
