The RFID tag may store information about the AIMD manufacturer, model number, serial number; lead wire system placement information and manufacturer information; MRI compatibility due to the incorporation of bandstop filters; patient information, and physician and/or hospital information and other relevant information. The RFID tag may be affixed or disposed within the AIMD or lead wires of the lead system, or surgically implanted within a patient adjacent to the AIMD or lead wire system.

For at least one segment incident to an atomic region which includes a drop shadow, and for each side of the segment, determining a first flattened color of the side's incident atomic region, and if the atomic region includes a drop shadow, additionally determining a second flattened color omitting the color of the drop shadow. An effective neutral density from the side's first flattened color is determined and, if the side has a second flattened color, the side's second flattened color. The two atomic regions incident to the segment are trapped based upon the effective neutral densities for the respective sides.

    摘要： A feedthrough terminal assembly for an active implantable medical device (AIMD) includes magnetic shielding elements to block incident magnetic fields during medical procedures such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The assembly includes conductive or ground plate(s) embedded in an insulator surrounding elements of the assembly, a plurality of lead wires extending from electronic circuitry of the AIMD, and a lossy ferrite inductor through which the lead wires extend in non-conductive relation for increasing the impedance of the lead wires at selected RF frequencies. Alternatively, the assembly includes a conductive sleeve or cap surrounding the feedthrough capacitor and/or conductive support.
