    Abstract: Various aspects of a system and method for driving assistance along a path are disclosed herein. In accordance with an embodiment, a unique identifier is received from a communication device at an electronic control unit (ECU) of a first vehicle. The unique identifier is received when the first vehicle has reached a first location along a first portion of the path. A communication channel is established between the first vehicle and the communication device based on the received unique identifier. Data associated with a second portion of the path is received by the ECU from the communication device based on the established communication channel. Alert information associated with the second portion of the path is generated by the ECU based on the received data.

    Abstract: Various aspects of a system and method to control capture of images are disclosed herein. In accordance with an embodiment, the method includes capture of a first image of a user-selected scene by an electronic device. The user-selected scene comprises one or more objects. A scene mode from a pre-stored set of scene modes is determined by the electronic device to capture a plurality of images of the user-selected scene. The determination of the scene mode is based on an object type of the one or more objects and a geo-location of the electronic device. The scene mode is determined when the first image is captured or when image data corresponding to the user-selected scene is received.

    Abstract: Various aspects of a system and method to provide driving assistance are disclosed herein. The system comprises one or more circuits in an electronic control unit used in a vehicle configured to detect one or more actions associated with the vehicle based on one or more signals generated by one or more sensors embedded in the vehicle. The electronic control unit may be further configured to control the activation of an imaging device located on the vehicle at an opposite side of a driver of the vehicle, based on the detected one or more actions. The imaging device is operable to capture one or more images in a forward-facing direction of the vehicle.

    Abstract: Various aspects of a method and system to assist a user in the capture of an image or video are disclosed herein. In accordance with an embodiment, one or more circuits in an electronic device are configured to receive a first plurality of input values from the user. The first plurality of input values comprise a first plurality of boundary points that encompass a first object in one or more fields-of-view (FOVs) of the electronic device at the first location. Thereafter, a second location and a target FOV, which is used to capture the image or video, is determined based on the first plurality of boundary points. The image or video comprises at least the first object. Further, display of an indicator is controlled to guide the user to the second location to capture the image or video in the target FOV.
