摘要: A display control device includes a detection unit that detects a condition of a moving body and a control unit that controls a display mode of a display unit having a transmissive mode in which a landscape outside the moving body is displayed on at least a part of a display screen, on the basis of a detection result of the detection unit. The display unit has the transmissive mode and a non-transmissive mode in which a content movie is displayed by superimposing the content movie onto at least a part of the landscape outside the moving body or on the entire display screen, and the control unit sets the display unit to either the transmissive mode or the non-transmissive mode according to a detection result of the detection unit.

A display control device includes: an acquisition unit configured to acquire passenger information of a mobile object; a specification unit configured to specify a location suitable for a hobby or a taste of a passenger on the basis of the passenger information; and a control unit configured to control a video displayed in the mobile object on the basis of the specified location. For example, the acquisition unit acquires at least one of an image accumulated in the information terminal or history information of processing executed by the information terminal, as the passenger information, and the specification unit specifies the location on the basis of an analysis result of the image or the history information.

摘要: Various aspects of a system and method for communication of a message to a vehicle are disclosed herein. The system comprises one or more circuits in an electronic control unit (ECU) of a first vehicle that is communicatively coupled to a display device. The one or more circuits in the ECU are configured to receive a video stream and control display of a plurality of image frames in the video stream on the display device. Vehicle information of one or more vehicles, included in an image frame of the plurality of image frames, is received from the one or more vehicles via a wireless network. A first input corresponding to a selection of a vehicle from the one or more vehicles included in the image frame, is received. Vehicle information associated with the selected vehicle is identified. A second input that corresponds to a selection of an information item to be communicated to the selected vehicle, is received. The selected information item is communicated to the selected vehicle.

In accordance with an embodiment, an electronic control unit used in a first vehicle is configured to detect a second vehicle in front of the first vehicle. A first position associated with the first vehicle and a second position associated with the detected second vehicle is determined for a first time instance. It may be determined whether a lateral distance between the determined first position and the determined second position is below a pre-defined threshold distance. A first alert is generated when the determined lateral distance is below the pre-defined threshold distance.

The system comprises a server communicatively coupled to an electronic control unit (ECU) of a vehicle and a first set of electronic devices. Upon detection of an event, the server receives a first set of data from the ECU and/or a second set of data from the first set of electronic devices associated with a plurality of services. The server extracts information from the received first set and/or the second set of data, based on analysis of the received first set and/or the second set of data. The server further determines one or more responses that correspond to the detected event, based on the extracted information. The server further transmits the determined one or more responses to a second set of electronic devices associated with the plurality of services.
