Abstract: An electronic device with a heat radiation structure using an audio device is provided. The electronic device includes a first housing, a speaker module disposed on a surface of the first housing and configured to output sounds in a first direction, a sound reflection plate mounted above the surface of the first housing and having a first surface facing the speaker module, and a heat emission device disposed on a second surface of the sound reflection plate. The sound reflection plate may absorb heat generated from the heat emission device, and discharge the absorbed heat to the outside of the electronic device through a space between the surface of the first housing and the first surface of the sound reflection plate.

Abstract: In a method of programming in a nonvolatile memory device including a memory cell region including a first metal pad and a peripheral circuit region including a second metal pad, wherein the peripheral circuit region is vertically connected to the memory cell region by the first metal pad and the second metal pad, a memory block in the memory cell region including a plurality of stacks disposed in a vertical direction is provided where the memory block includes cell strings each of which includes memory cells connected in series in the vertical direction between a source line and each of bitlines. A plurality of intermediate switching transistors disposed in a boundary portion between two adjacent stacks in the vertical direction is provided, where the intermediate switching transistors perform a switching operation to control electrical connection of the cell strings, respectively. A boosting operation is performed to boost voltages of channels of the plurality of stacks while controlling the switching operation of the intermediate switching transistors during a program operation with respect to the memory block. Program voltage disturbance and pass voltage disturbance are reduced through control of the switching operation of the intermediate switching transistors.

Abstract: An electronic device and a control method of the electronic device are provided. The memory stores instructions which when executed by the processor cause the electronic device to perform operations comprising: displaying a user interface including at least one item on the touchscreen display; receiving an input for selecting at least one item through the touchscreen display; sensing a pressure applied, to and/or around, the at least one item on the display using the pressure sensor while the input is received; selecting a part of the user interface at least partially based on the input and the sensed pressure; and providing a visual effect on the user interface based at least in part on the sensed pressure wherein the selected part of the user interface is displayed to appear concave compared with the remaining part of the user interface.
