The frame elements have an oscillating shape having a first portion relatively close to the base and a second portion relatively farther from the base. A filter element generally follows the oscillating shape of the frame elements. An air filter system is also disclosed. The air filter system can include the air filter and an air filter container. The air filter container contains the air filter and directs air through the air filter in a predetermined direction. An air filter is disclosed including a support structure and an oscillating shaped filter element attached to the support structure. The oscillating shape increases the air filter surface area for a given volume.

    摘要: An apparatus and a system is provided that may be utilized to provide stability to air flow through a hood scoop. The present invention may also be utilized to straighten and smooth out air flow through a hood scoop and accompanying air filter media. The present invention utilizes an air filtration media which may be inserted into at least a portion of a vehicle hood scoop and may filter out particulate and may also slow air flow down temporarily in order to straighten and/or smooth turbulent air flow through the air filtration media. Additionally, the present invention may provide an apparatus that may facilitate more uniform pressure inside the hood scoop of the vehicle.

    摘要: Methods and systems for abrasive cleaning, deburring pipes, providing barrier coatings and sealing leaks in existing pipes, in a single operation. A piping system can be cleaned in one pass set up by intermittent bursts of dry particulates that are forced and pulled by air throughout the piping system by a generator and a vacuum. Pipes can be protected from the effects of water corrosion, erosion corrosion and electrolysis, extending the life of piping systems such as copper, steel, lead, brass, cast iron piping and composite materials. Cleaning and barrier coating techniques described are efficient in pipes up to 2 inches in diameter, so that entire piping systems can be abrasive cleaned, coated and sealed. The leak sealant of at least approximately 4 mils thick can cover the cover insides of pipes. Piping systems can be returned to service within less than approximately 24 to 96 hours. The novel steps of cleaning out pipe systems can include generating pressurized gas into one end of a piping system having pipes, intermittently injecting bursts of abrasive particles into the pressurized gas into the end of the piping system, cleaning interior wall surfaces of the pipes with the intermittent bursts of the abrasive particles, reducing burrs, interior lips and excess seam joint edges in the interior wall surfaces of the pipes, and generating a vacuum suction at another end of the piping system to remove the abrasive particles and debris caused by the cleaning of the interior walls of the pipes.

    摘要: An all purpose cleaning machine (10) includes a recovery tank (40) pivotable relative to a base assembly (12) and a solution tank (26) between an access position and a transport position. Hose reels (56, 58) are slidably received by movement in a radial direction inside the semicylindrical portion (72) of a J-shaped depression (70) for rotation therein. Hose reels (56, 58) hold hoses (62, 64) and are removable when it is desired to move the recovery tank (40) from its transport position to its access position by simply lifting them from the depression (70). In the transport position, tool channels (34, 48) are defined in the front (30) of the solution tank (26) and the back (46) of the recovery tank (40) for slideably receiving tools for support on the bottom faces of the tool channels (34, 38).
