摘要: A method of forming a ceramic structure includes disposing substrate-forming ceramic green sheets having conductors, internal conductors, and via conductors so as to sandwich connecting member-forming ceramic green sheets having via conductors, followed by lamination and bonding thereof by pressure application, with the conductors being formed using a conductive paste primarily composed of a powdered metal, so that a ceramic laminate composed of ceramic molded bodies laminated to each other is formed. The ceramic laminate is fired at a temperature at which the substrate-forming ceramic green sheets are sintered and the connecting member-forming ceramic green sheets are not sintered and at a temperature not more than the melting point of the metal, and subsequently, the connecting member-forming ceramic green sheets are removed from the fired composite laminate, thereby forming a ceramic structure.

摘要: Optical measuring apparatus is constructed to irradiate near infrared light to a desired portion, such as a head, of a person to be measured, receive arriving light from the desired portion and acquire information about a predetermined substance present in the desired portion on the basis of analysis of data related to the received arriving light. Measuring unit of the apparatus is provided on a cover member removably attachable to the person, and includes at least one light irradiation section for irradiating the near infrared light to the desired portion and at least one light reception section for receiving the arriving light from the desired portion. In a state where the cover member is attached to the person, the light irradiation and reception sections are positioned out of contact with the desired portion.

摘要: If data, which is irrelevant to recording data, is stored in a lower address of head word data of the run length compressed recording data stored in a receiving buffer unit, the irrelevant byte data of the lower address of the word data including the head byte data is nullified by masking to be developed by a decode circuit. Otherwise, in regard to a bitmap area of a local memory which is a DMA transfer destination, transfer addresses are individually set by a development processing controller in a DECU per one word of the developed recording data stored in the line buffer in order that data of one line is arranged and stored in a vertical direction, or data of one line is stored in image 1 and image 2 in turn. Otherwise, in regard to the development processing controller, when the recording data developed by the decode circuit is stored in the line buffer, it is stored from a first byte in a state where a 0-th byte of the line buffer is vacant.

摘要: In a cleaning controller for a recording head of a recorder connected to an external device, a timer acquires a first time value indicating a current time from the external device, and performs cyclic clocking in which a first predetermined time period is repetitively clocked from a predetermined time point. A nonvolatile storage medium stores a second time value indicating a time at which a cleaning operation is lastly performed. A determinant compares the first and the second time values to obtain a third time value, and determines whether a cleaning operation is necessary to be performed based on the third time value. A cleaner performs a cleaning operation of the recording head based on the result determined by the determinant.

摘要: According to the present invention there is provided a polyester composition comprising an aromatic polyester having copolymerized therein a compound containing at least one sulfonic acid group or sulfonic acid metal salt group, and crosslinked polymer particles, preferably crosslinked polymer particles coated with a water-soluble polymer. The particles are incorporated in a slurried state into the polymer. There is also provided a laminate film containing the polymer with the particles thus incorporated therein. The polyester composition is superior in uniform dispersibility of the particles, re-agglomeratin does not occur in melt-storage for a long time, and films formed using the polyester composition are superior in traveling performance and abrasion resistance.
