Disclosed herein is a separator for a molten carbonate fuel cell, the separator including four steel sheets in which edges of the four steel sheets are joined to each other thereby providing three spaces therebetween, comprising a cathode channel, serving as a flow path of oxidant gas, formed in the first space; an anode channel, serving as a flow path of fuel gas, formed in the second space such that the anode channel is separated from the cathode channel; and a fuel gas reforming channel formed in the third space, which is located between the first space and the second space. The separator for a molten carbonate fuel cell is advantageous in that the volume of the fuel cell is decreased, and the structure thereof is simple, thus reducing the production cost thereof.

The present invention provides a switching device and a method for preventing malfunction of the same. The switching device includes: a controller for outputting a plurality of digital control signals; a protecting unit connected to the controller for protecting all signals when the plurality of digital control signals outputted from the controller are simultaneously received at a state of ON; a gate driver connected to the protecting unit for generating a switch control signal by converting the control signal passed through the protecting unit; and a plurality of switches connected to the gate driver for individually performing ON•OFF operations according to each of the switching control signals.

According to the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for controlling the power quality of a power generation system including a DC/AC inverter converting DC voltage into AC voltage and supplying inverter current to a grid, including: a grid voltage phase follower generating a grid signal; a fundamental extractor extracting a magnitude of a fundamental wave of a load current introduced into a non-linear load connected between the DC/AC inverter and the grid; a first calculator subtracting a preset current compensation value from the magnitude of the fundamental wave from the fundamental extractor; and a second calculator generating an inverter current instruction value for the DC/AC inverter by using the output value of the first calculator and the grid signal and the load current from the grid voltage phase follower.
