    摘要: The present invention is to provide a production method of chemical reactive substances with stable quality by which solidification, gel formation, and the resulting blockade within material injection nozzles are prevented, and contamination of a reaction system with the gelled matter is prevented, as well as occurrence of problems on a production process due to the gelled matter is suppressed, when the chemical reactive substances are produced by injecting the liquid materials containing reactive substances having unsaturated double bonds into the reaction vessel through the material injection nozzles of the reaction vessel. The present invention is a production method of a chemical reactive substance which comprises injecting a liquid material containing a reactive substance having an unsaturated double bond into a reaction vessel through a material injection nozzle of said reaction vessel and causing a reaction at a reaction temperature of not less than 50° C., said production method of the chemical reactive substance including a step of removing at least a part of residual liquid remained in the material injection nozzle from inside of the material injection nozzle.

This catalyst is insoluble and can be used as a heterogeneous catalyst, to produce an aryl ester in high yield with industrial advantages.     摘要: Provided are processes by which an ethylenimine polymer and an aqueous solution thereof can advantageously be produced at low costs in an industrial scale. The ethylenimine polymer can be produced by polymerizing crude ethylenimine obtained by a simple distilling operation from an ethylenimine-containing reaction mixture produced by subjecting ethanolamine to intermolecular dehydration reaction, preferably crude ethylenimine having impurity contents which are controlled in the specific ranges. When the above crude ethylenimine is polymerized in an aqueous medium, capable of being obtained is an aqueous solution of an ethylenimine polymer having a higher molecular weight than that produced by non-solvent polymerization. The ethylenimine polymer can be purified by, for example, adding water thereto, mixing them and then vaporizing and removing water under heating. The aqueous solution of an ethylenimine polymer can be purified by heating and condensing it.

    摘要: The present invention provides a process for producing a (poly)alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether with high selectivity and high yield. In this process, the (poly)alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether is produced by reacting an olefin and a (poly)alkylene glycol in the presence of a catalyst, wherein: 1) a crystalline metallosilicate is used as the catalyst, and at least a portion of the used catalyst is regenerated, and the regenerated catalyst is recycled as the catalyst for the reaction; or 2) the reaction between the olefin and the (poly)alkylene glycol is carried out in the presence of either or both of a (poly)alkylene glycol dialkyl ether and an alcohol.
