摘要: Provided is a wireless communication system easily establishing a connection path in a sensor network collecting data from a number of sensor nodes. The wireless communication system comprises a base station communicating by a first wireless communication system, plural first nodes communicating by the first wireless communication system and a second wireless communication system, and plural second nodes communicating by the second wireless communication system. The first node transmits the number of hops in the first wireless communication system to the second node. The second node obtains a reception condition of at least one of a signal transmitted by the first node and a signal transmitted by the second node, and selects a upper stage node to connect based on the number of hops in the first wireless communication system, the number of hops in the second wireless communication system, and the obtained reception condition information.

摘要: A relative positional error is caused between an alignment mark and a device area on a mask due to an error inherent to the mask drawing apparatus, which causes an alignment error in the device area even when alignment upon exposure has no problem. Then, according to this invention, a relative positional error between the alignment mark and the device area on the mask is measured in an off line manner, the result of measurement is set upon exposure as a correction value to an exposure device thereby correcting the mask drawing error to reduce alignment errors in the device area.

摘要: As the size of the semiconductor devices decreases, the relative positional difference between a circuit at an exposure area and an alignment mark due to the aberrations and distortions of lenses and the reticle writing error can not be neglected. Images of circuit patterns having a very small size which are laminated are detected using lights having two different wavelengths. Alignment error is calculated from the relationship between the phase difference of images and the alignment error at each wavelength. The alignment error which affects the yield can be detected by directly measuring the alignment error of the circuit in the exposure area including the influence of the aberrations and distortions of lenses and the reticle writing error. Proper correction and improvement of the exposure apparatus can be achieved at early phase prior to electrical test.
