摘要: An image frame selecting apparatus for a photographic printer which is adapted to designate an image frame to be printed among image frames of a short photographic film. The apparatus includes operating devices the number of which is identical with that of the image frames of the short photographic film photographed and which are arranged in correspondence with the image frames of the short photographic film, the operating devices being adapted to select an image frame to be printed; an image frame designating device for designating the image frame corresponding to an operating portion of an associated one of the operating devices; a conveying device for conveying the short photographic film; and a controlling device for controlling the conveying device in such a manner that the image frame designated by the image frame designating device is positioned to a printing position. This arrangement allows the operator to select an image frame to be printed while collating the position of the selected image frame by means of the operating portion, thereby improving the operating efficiency in selection.

摘要: A signal detection device allows wavelet transformation of an object signal to be performed in real time by using a real signal mother wavelet. The signal detection device has: an object signal decomposition unit having a lifting scheme structure or a multiple analysis structure relying on multiresolution analysis; a parasitic filter coupled to a desired decomposition filter of the object signal decomposition unit, with the parasitic filter being configured such that a real signal mother wavelet is inputted to the object signal decomposition unit and a generic discrete wavelet transformation is performed, the parasitic filter substantially reproduces and outputs the inputted real signal mother wavelet, and with the real signal mother wavelet being made up of the object signal; means for inputting the object signal to the object signal decomposition unit and performing discrete wavelet transformation using the real signal mother wavelet; and means for computing a wavelet instantaneous correlation on the basis of an output of the parasitic filter.

摘要: A structure for attachment of a shield case to a circuit board. Electronic components are mounted at one face of the circuit board. The shield case is for covering the electronic components and blocking electromagnetic waves. The attachment structure includes toe portions, formed to protrude from the shield case, and holes formed in the circuit board, at which the toe portions can be inserted. The toe portions are fixed to the circuit board by being inserted into the holes and soldered to soldering lands at the other face of the circuit board. Thus, it is possible to prevent solder balls and solder flux entering the shield case, it is further possible to reserve space for soldering lands, with sizes that are required for fixing of the shield case, at a rear face of the circuit board, and it is possible to attach the shield case to the circuit board strongly.

摘要: Prospective micro calcification points in a radiation image of an object are extracted on the basis of image data representing the radiation image and clustered into cluster areas. A plurality of areas are set in the radiation image, and fluctuation in size and/or fluctuation in density of the prospective micro calcification points in each of the areas is obtained. Detected areas are extracted from the plurality of areas on the basis of the fluctuation in size and/or the fluctuation in density of the prospective micro calcification points in each of the areas, and each interconnected area where a predetermined number of or more extracted detected areas are continuous is set as a cluster area.

摘要: An anomalous shadow detection system capable of obtaining stable detection capacity across all facilities into which the system is introduced, regardless of variations in the conditions of the image obtaining environments of each facility is provided. An image obtaining means obtains an image of a standard-phantom, and an image readout means obtains phantom-image data thereof. Said phantom-image data is input to an evaluative model detecting means which detects evaluative models contained within the image of the standard-phantom. An evaluating means compares the detected evaluative models to a desired detection level. If the detected evaluative models are of a different detection level than the desired detection level, a parameter setting means resets the detection parameter, depending on the result obtained by the evaluating means 32, and the above processing of the phantom-image data is repeated until the detection result and the desired detection level are the same.

摘要: A shutter device for a camera includes a shutter blade for providing an exposure by opening/shutting a photographic light path, and a shutter drive lever for driving the shutter blade. The shutter device includes a shutter release button. A photometric switch is turned on in response to depression of the shutter release button. A photometric circuit is operated by turning on of the photometric switch, for measuring object brightness. An aperture stop changeover mechanism changes over an aperture stop of the photographic light path according to the photographic light path. A delay structure such as a delay lever detects completion of actuation of the aperture stop changeover mechanism and responsively moves the shutter drive lever.

摘要: A process for preparing glucose-1-phosphate from an .alpha.-glucan and orthophosphate using a phosphorylase immobilized onto an anion-exchange resin is disclosed. The anion-exchange resin used is a synthetic polymer resin into which an anion exchange group; a primary to quarternary ammonium group, a phosphonium group, or a sulfonium group, is introduced. This type of immobilized phosphorylase ensures (i) an effective utilization of phosphorylase, (ii) a higher reactivity of a higher absorbance of the phosphorylase to the resin, (iii) an excellent phosphorylase activity retention performance, and (iv) a higher physical strength of the resin.

摘要: A photographic film is provided with bar codes indicating frame numbers attached to respective frames of the photographic film and a specific bar code indicating a specific part thereof. The specific bar code is located before or after the specific part of the photographic film. Each frame number bar code is read to determine the decimal frame number of each frame of the photographic film. If the bar code attached to the last frame is not read, it is determined that the bar code not read indicates a frame number for the last frame by reading the specific bar code before or after the fault in reading the bar code of the last frame.
