    摘要: A lid device for a wide-mouthed container comprises a metallic lid body having an inner margin defining an opening of a predetermined shape, and a closure member made of a soft synthetic resin for closing said opening of said lid body. The closure member is integrally formed with a pull tab used to open the closure member along a weakening line. The entire outer surface of the closure member is covered by a vapor impervious film, so that passage of water vapor through the lid device can be prevented even if the closure member itself is vapor pervious.

    摘要: An apparatus for the high speed supply of individual circular or cylindrical articles such as chip resistors, shafts, pins and the like to a printed circuit board or other type of equipment is disclosed. The apparatus includes a first turn table, a vertically movable mounting table carried by the first turn table, a plurality of hoppers disposed in a circle on the mounting table, pipes movable into and out of the hoppers, chutes in the form of coiled springs, cylindrical chutes provided on the first turn table and connected to the pipes through the chutes in the form of coiled springs, escapement pushers having article holding holes disposed on the underside of the cylindrical chutes, a pickup chuck adapted to grip an article disposed in the article holding hole of a respective escapement pusher and to remove the article therefrom, and a push lever adapted to push each escapement pusher when each pusher is brought to a predetermined position as a result of rotation of said first turn table. The rotary design of the apparatus leads to a more rapid supply of articles and allows the apparatus to operate in a space smaller than that required for conventional apparatus.

    摘要: A method for operating a substrate processing apparatus is provided which can contain generation of particles by generating plasma in a stable manner. After a substrate is disposed in an evacuated vacuum chamber, a rare gas is initially supplied into the vacuum chamber, a voltage is applied to a plasma generating means, and plasma of the rare gas is generated. Subsequently, a reaction gas is supplied into the vacuum chamber, the reaction gas is brought into contact with the plasma of the rare gas, and plasma of the reaction gas is generated. The plasma of the reaction gas is brought into contact with the substrate; and the substrate is processed. Plasma is stably generated not by turning the reaction gas into plasma but by first turning the rare gas into plasma by the plasma generating means, and generation of particles is subsequently suppressed.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a piezoelectric element, in which a ferroelectric film is processed in an appropriate shape by plasma etching, is provided. A metal mask made of a metal thin film which is hard to be etched by oxygen gas is placed on an object to be processed formed by laminating a lower electrode layer and a ferroelectric film on a substrate in this order. An etching gas containing a mixture gas of the oxygen gas and a reactive gas including fluorine in a chemical structure is turned into plasma and is brought into contact with the metal mask and the object to be processed. An AC voltage is applied to an electrode disposed beneath the object to be processed so that ions in the plasma are caused to enter the object to be processed to perform anisotropic etching on the ferroelectric film.

    摘要: Highly reductive hydrogen reduced water, which is suitable for drinking, and which is superior to conventional reduced water, is produced by dissolving large quantities of hydrogen gas in raw water. A pressure vessel 6 is filled with hydrogen gas; the pressure of the hydrogen gas in the pressure vessel 6 is maintained within a predetermined range; and raw water is introduced into the pressure vessel 6. More particularly, the raw water is introduced into the pressure vessel 6 as a shower from a nozzle 7, provided at the upper interior of the pressure vessel 6. After contacting hydrogen gas with the raw water in the pressure vessel 6 and dissolving the hydrogen gas in the raw water by these means, the water is packaged and sealed in a highly airtight container, and heat sterilization is performed in this state.
