    摘要: A fuel injection pump in which the quantity adjustment member has a travel limitation in the form of an adjustable stop, which is adjusted in accordance with the displacement of an adjusting piston in accordance with a contour defined on the adjusting piston. The displacement of the adjusting piston is effected with the rpm-dependent pressure of the suction chamber of the fuel injection pump, and the work chamber preceding the adjusting piston can be uncoupled from the suction chamber via a throttle. The maximum displacement of the adjusting piston is limited by a stop which is adjustable in accordance with charge pressure or by a pressure control device by means of which the pressure in the work chamber can be adjusted or limited.

    摘要: A fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines in which fuel is pressurized and distributed seriatim to multiple cylinders of the engine. The fuel delivery timing, for example the timing of the onset of injection, is made variable, e.g. depending on engine speed, and the amount of fuel injected is also variable and may, in particular, also depend on engine speed. In one embodiment, the relative rotation of the fuel delivery member made for the purpose of changing the fuel timing is also imparted to the fuel magnitude control assembly which therefore undergoes no change and remains independently adjustable. Two other embodiments are also presented.

    摘要: A fuel injection pump for self-igniting internal combustion engines is proposed in which a metering piston operates synchronously with the engine and a distributor operates synchronously with a pump piston. During the intake stroke of the pump piston the distributor delivers a metered injection quantity to a work chamber associated with the pump piston, and during the compression stroke of the pump piston the metered injection quantity is distributed through injection lines to the engine injection nozzles. The metering piston is disposed upstream of the distributor so that high pressure conditions do not deleteriously effect the fuel metering. The stroke of the metering piston is adjusted electrically and controlled by a microprocessor unit to which engine operating characteristics are supplied.

    摘要: A fuel control device for an internal combustion engine employing a fuel mixture preparation system in which the amount of fuel is set at will and the amount of combustion air is adjusted automatically. In order to provide sufficient air during abrupt and rapid actuations of the fuel control lever, there is provided a hydraulic differentiating mechanism which senses rapid displacements of the fuel control lever and which temporarily opens a channel leading from a source of high hydraulic pressure directly to the servo motor that pivots the air throttle, thereby causing additional opening of the air throttle and an increased rate of air flow. The high pressure channel is closed gradually after the occurrence of the abrupt fuel change.

    摘要: A fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines has a single rotating and reciprocating piston which alternately aspirates fuel from a fuel storage compartment and delivers it under pressure to one of several injection lines. Fuel aspiration takes place through a plurality of fuel channels which terminate in the wall of the pump cylinder and whose termini are opened by appropriate grooves in the piston surface. The individual fuel channels are in mutual communication via one or more connection channels and are also connected to the fuel storage compartment via a suction conduit.
