摘要： Disclosed herein are rhodanine derivatives, a method for the preparation thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The rhodanine derivatives have inhibitory activity against protein phosphatases (PPase) such as PTP1B, Prl-3, LAR, CD45, Cdc25A, Cdc25B, Cdc25C, Yop, PP1 and VHR, and can be applied for the prevention and treatment of PPase-caused diseases, including autoimmune diseases, diabetes, impaired glucose intolerance, insulin resistance, obesity, cancers, etc. when the inhibitory activity thereof is modulated.

摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing a metal oxide hollow nanoparticles with excellent properties more easily and simply by a chemical vapor condensation employing metal β-diketonates as precursors, and a metal oxide hollow nanoparticles manufactured by the method. The method includes: preparing metal β-diketonate as a precursor; evaporating the metal β-diketonate at a predetermined temperature higher than a melting point of the metal β-diketonate; transferring the evaporated metal β-diketonate into a reaction region; thermally decomposing the transferred gaseous metal β-diketonate and simultaneously inducing a reaction of the transferred gaseous metal β-diketonate with oxygen to synthesize the metal oxide hollow nanoparticle; and condensing and collecting the synthesized metal oxide hollow nanoparticles.

摘要： A shelf for a refrigerator and a refrigerator having the same are provided. The shelf includes a support plate having an upper surface, a frame formed to correspond to a shape of a periphery of the support plate and having, at an inner side thereof, a coupling portion to which the support plate is coupled to the coupling portion by a bonding member, and a fixing device that fixes the support plate to the coupling portion. The fixing device may include a fixing member having a supporting protrusion that penetrates though a sidewall of the frame to support the support plate from below. Alternatively, the fixing device may include an elastically deformable resilient hook and a fixing protrusion formed to face the resilient hook, all of which are provided on the frame. With the shelf for a refrigerator constructed as above, there are advantages in that the shelf has a secure coupling structure, the process of coupling the components of the shelf is simplified, the shelf has improved durability, and production costs are reduced.

摘要： A class of quinolinic sulfide derivatives of formula I are potent and specific antagonists at the strychnine insensitive glycine bitding site on the NMDA receptor complex with an pharmacological advantageous profile. They may be useful in treatment or prevention of neuro-degenerative disorders. Particularly, the compounds included in the present invention are especially useful for minimizing damage of the central nervous system arising as a consequence of ischemic or hypoxic condition such as stroke, hypoglycemia, cerebral ischemia, cardiac arrest, and physical trauma. They are also useful in prevention of chronic neurodegenerative disorders including epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease and Parkinsonism. By virtue of their NMDA receptor antagonist properties, the present compounds may also use as anticonvulsant, analgesic, antidepressant, anxiolytic, and antischizophrenic agent. Formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, and R are defined in specification.
