摘要: A femto access point (FAP) for use in a network system and a communication method for the femto access point are provided. A mobile station is wirelessly connected to the FAP. The FAP comprises a storage unit, a sniffer unit, and a process unit. The sniffer unit sniffs a packet of the mobile station. The process unit retrieves an identity (ID) code of the mobile station from the packet and stores the ID code into the storage unit. The process unit further establishes an uplink local area network (LAN) service flow and a downlink LAN service flow of the mobile station. The uplink LAN service flow and the downlink LAN service flow established by the FAP and the mobile station are used to transfer packets within the LAN.

摘要: A relay station, a base station, a power management method, and a computer readable medium thereof are provided. The relay station is located within the coverage area of the BS. The relay station comprises a receiving/transmission module and a determination module. The receiving/transmission module is configured to receive a BS beacon in a first period of time. The determination module is configured to allow the BS to transmit a data to the relay station according to the BS beacon, so that the receiving/transmission module transmits a power saving poll to the BS, receives a power saving poll ACK in the first period of time, and receives the data in a second period of time after the first period of time.

摘要: An apparatus, a method, a computer program, and a computer readable medium for transmitting data via a plurality of network interfaces are provided. The apparatus derives statuses of transmission media and then transmits data based on the statuses. In addition, each base station adopts tunneling technique by adding a tunnel header to each of the transmitted packets. By the aforementioned arrangement, a mobile device is capable of adjusting the data amount for each of the network interfaces. Thus, the throughput of mobile host can be increased and connection can be dependable.

摘要: An apparatus for generating hydrogen for fuel cells is provided. The apparatus includes a housing, a button, a first separating plate, a solid state reactant, and a separating membrane. The housing has an opening and a reservoir. The button connected to the housing covers the opening. The first separating plate disposed in the housing divides the reservoir into first and second sub-rooms. The opening communicates with the first sub-room and the first sub-room is suitable for storing a liquid reactant. The first separating plate has a through hole opposite to the button. The solid state reactant is disposed in the second sub-room. The separating membrane disposed on the through hole separates the first sub-room from the second sub-room. When the button is pushed, the button damages the separating membrane. Therefore, the liquid reactant flows to the second sub-room and reacts with the solid state reactant to generate hydrogen.

摘要: An anchor gateway, a communication method and a tangible machine-readable medium are provided. The anchor gateway is for use in a WiMAX network comprising an authentication gateway and a serving base station (BS). After a mobile station (MS) enters the WiMAX network, the anchor gateway will request the authentication gateway and the serving BS according to an identification of the MS to respectively provide authentication key context and medium access control context. Thereby, the network latency, which is made by the MS in handover, will be reduced effectively.
