摘要: A ceramic electronic component includes a plurality of first reinforcement layers. The plurality of first reinforcement layers are arranged in a first outer layer portion so as to extend in the length direction and in the width direction, and are stacked in the thickness direction. The volume proportion of the plurality of first reinforcement layers in a region of the ceramic body in which the plurality of first reinforcement layers are provided is greater than the volume proportion of the first and second internal electrodes in an effective portion.

摘要: The invention aims to provide substrate treatment equipment that can automatically collect a substrate in a normal condition without needing manual operation. The equipment includes a substrate holder 26 for holding substrates 12 in a multistage manner and a substrate transfer unit 34 for transferring the substrates 12 into the substrate holder 26, wherein a substrate holding condition of the substrate holder 26 is sensed by a sensing section 60. The sensing section 60 has photo-sensors 64a, 64b, and sensing waveforms sensed by the photo-sensors 64a, 64b are compared with a normal waveform. A control section 66 is provided, which controls a substrate transfer unit 34 such that substrates 12 other than at least a substrate 12 that was determined to be abnormal are transferred by the unit.

摘要: The object of the invention is to provide a resin composition suitably used for optical members, which is excellent in fine pattern transferability, releasability from a mold, and adhesion to a supporting base, as well as a multilayer optical member obtained by using the resin composition. To achieve this object, there is provided a resin composition comprising a urethane oligomer (A), a bifunctional monomer (B) and a polymerization initiator (C), wherein the urethane oligomer (A) is obtained by blending a diisocyanate compound having two isocyanate groups in a molecule, a hydroxylated methylene glycol compound and a caprolactone-modified (meth)acrylate compound such that the equivalent ratio between the isocyanate groups and the hydroxyl groups in the general formulae (I) and (II) (NCO/OH) is 0.8 to 1.2, as well as a multilayer optical member obtained by using the resin composition.

摘要: In order to eliminate noise generated from a clutch disk at racing state of a press, a clutch disk (29) arranged between a flywheel (27) and a working cylinder (40) is provided with a lining applying part (30) of annular shape and a projection (31) mounted on the flywheel (27). On inner circumferential surface of the projection (31), an inner groove part (311) is formed throughout the whole circumference from the inner circumferential edge to the outer circumferential edge in the circumferential direction, and on outer circumferential surface of the projection (31), an outer groove part (312) is formed throughout the whole circumference in the circumferential direction. Thereby the clutch disk (29) has flexibility in the axial direction, and if the lining applying part (30) is pushed by the working cylinder (40), the clutch disk (29) pushes a clutch rotary plate (34) by deflection of the projection (31) in the axial direction and rotates a crank shaft (25).
