    摘要: A circuit for a front-end tunable filter of a communication and broadcast receiver and a tuning method thereof are described herein. In one aspect, the circuit of the tunable filter may be independent of the signal reception link of the receiver. The pre-filter (104) includes a variable capacitance (146) which is adjusted by a tuning signal (160). A negative resistance element (144) and the pre-filter (104) may form an oscillator. The negative resistance element (144) is controlled by an amplitude control signal (162) outputted from an oscillation amplitude control circuit (142). The oscillation amplitude control circuit (142) stabilizes the amplitude of a radio frequency signal (130) in a preset range. An oscillation frequency control circuit (140) stabilizes the frequency of the signal (130) in a preset frequency range by a tuning signal (160). The tuning is completed until both of the amplitude and the frequency of the oscillation signal meet the preset ranges.

    摘要: A block model constructing method for complex geological structures is provided. The method comprises the following steps: a) making a triangle mesh description of a layer plane or a fault plane; b) judging whether two triangles intersect, and finding out the intersection points if they intersect; c) performing a geometric consistency and topological consistency processing within every intersectant triangle; d) extracting an enclosing block to acquire an interface constituted of peripheral edges of the enclosing block, and defining a geological attribute of the enclosing block to form a three-dimensional model block. The method needs not to solve difficult equation sets with large computation, thus simplifying the constructing method.

    摘要: Adaptive motion information cost estimation is achieved in processing video information. A transmission cost is estimated that is associated with encoding a motion vector difference (mvd) in motion vectors that describe a motion characteristic of the video information. The mvd is encoded based on minimizing a rate estimation mismatch associated with the motion vectors. The encoding step includes computing a bit count associated with the mvd using CABAC. A value is indexed that corresponds to the cost from one or more entries in the lookup table. The cost relates to context or content characteristics associated with the video information. The lookup table is adaptively updated based on a change in the contextual information or content characteristics. The value is dynamically adjustable based on the change.
