    摘要: An apparatus for printing a mark on a rotating vehicle tire which is under uniformity test by a uniformity measuring device. The mark is printed in the form of a point exactly at a position on the tire which has a peak value in the uniformity including a force variation or run-out. The apparatus comprises a rotary shaft, a first disc member securely mounted on the rotary shaft and carrying a marking means, a second disc freely rotatably mounted on the rotary shaft and adapted to be brought into pressing contact with a tire surface for rotation therewith, and a mechanism for transmitting rotational movement of the second disc member to the first disc member through the rotary shaft upon receipt of a signal from the measuring device for running the marking means at a speed same as the circumferential speed of the rotating tire. The apparatus further includes a means for holding the marking means in its stand-by position.

    摘要: A device for removing a cured tire from a mold in which the tire has been cured, comprising a columnar actuator having an armature movable along the axis thereof, and latching means carried by the armature and adapted to be selectively engaged with a bead ring secured to the tire contained in the mold, wherein the columnar actuator is mounted in a curing equipment in a manner that the axis thereof is substantially in alignment with the axis of the mold positioned at the center of a stand of the curing equipment, whereby the bead ring is forcibly displaced with reference to upper and lower mold halves of the mold to apply severing force between the tire and the upper and lower mold halves.

    摘要: A system for transmitting information of reduced pneumatic pressure of tires comprising an electromagnetic wave radiation mechanism of an electric field excitation system and at least one receiver antenna of an electromagnetic field sensing type for sensing a polarized wave of an electromagnetic field radiated from the radiation mechanism. The radiation mechanism includes an electromagnetic wave radiation member consisting of a substantially concentric metal body opposedly and substantially provided on each axle of a plurality of tire wheels for actuating as an electric dipole together with the wheels and an oscillator electrically coupled to the radiation member and energized by a switch actuated in response to reduced pneumatic pressure of tire. The receiver antenna is provided in the space between the ground surface and the lower surface of the bottom plate of the car body in order to screen external noise waves.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for finishing pneumatic tires in which a comblike blade supported on a swingable holder is brought into slight contact with one shoulder of a tread of a rotating tire at a certain angle and then moved in a direction at right angles to the rotating axis of the tire and a pair of comblike blades supported on respective swingable holders are brought into slight contact with the sides of the rotating tire and then moved toward each other to cause the comblike blades to sweep over the sectional profiles in a tangential direction, thereby trimming spew pips on the molded and vulcanized tires in succession and automatically detecting difference in sectional profile regardless of sizes and kinds of tires.
