    摘要： There is disclosed an industrial washing machine which includes a casing with a lid, a liquid reservoir within the casing and a collecting area associated with the reservoir. The washing machine further includes a cover adapted for covering the collection area and the liquid reservoir. Cooperating with the cover is a filter assembly which is disposed within the casing. Further, an assembly is included which effects the movement of floating grease and oil from the liquid within the reservoir. This floating grease and oil is directed by the assembly towards a fixed point within the casing for collection and eventual removal.

    摘要： An apparatus for cleaning and sterilizing objects, such as pharmaceutical caps, plugs and the like includes an autoclave chamber and a cleaning device having a cleaning drum mounted for a free rotation on a frame. The frame runs on rollers and can be moved in and out of the autoclave chamber. The cleaning drum has a hollow shaft provided within the drum with spray nozzles and mounted axially in line with a hollow drive shaft passing through one sidewall of the autoclave chamber free to turn and sealed. The drum shaft and the drive shaft may be coupled together by a coupling device. The frame may be released from the drum introduced into the autoclave chamber so that it is not located during the cleaning process in the autoclave chamber and thus will not constitute an additional source of contamination.

    摘要： A foraminated cylindrical container has a loading port into which loose fill media may be loaded for cleaning. The container is rotated to tumble the media and a pan for containing solvent is located so that the media will be immersed during rotation. A hose supplied by a high pressure pump is used to further clean the media. The container may be raised and tilted to facilitate removal of the media. The solvent may be pumped from the pan to a storage tank. Separate switches are provided for the pumps and the rotation and hoisting mechanism so that the operator can adjust the timing of each portion of the cycle as needed to complete the cleaning.

    摘要： Process of degreasing and washing objects, particularly industrially manufactured pieces having blind holes, comprises the steps of arranging a centrifuge drum in upright position, rotating the drum at high speed about its vertical axis of rotation, placing the objects to be treated into the drum and degreasing the objects. The drum is thereafter tilted into an inclined position and driven at a reduced speed so that the objects are tumbling in the drum while a cleaning and rinsing agent is charged into the drum. A higher speed is then imparted to the drum and a part of the cleaning agent is removed therefrom. The drum is thereafter returned to its vertical position where the objects contained in the drum are dried by rotating the drum at high speed while blowing hot air therein.

The portable parts washer further includes a storage reservoir formed within the upper and lower portions and which is configured to contain the cleaning fluid from the in-use reservoir when the floor panel is rotated to a substantially vertical orientation.
