    摘要: The invention discloses a seamless flowing type finishing machine, comprising a supporting frame; the supporting frame is provided with a lower container, an upper container and a tray; the tray is movably connected with the lower container. A plurality of bolts is arranged between the lower container and the upper container for connection; springs are arranged at the connections of the bolts. The upper edge of the tray extends to the lower edge of the upper container; with the elastic force of the springs, the lower edge of the upper container clings to the upper edge of the tray so as to form a seamless connecting structure; a water outlet is arranged on the tray. A water-filling nozzle is arranged on the sidewall of the lower container. The seamless flowing type finishing machine disclosed by the invention can be used for processing of various ultra-small parts.

    摘要: Residual fine foreign matters are infallibly removed when manufacturing bearing parts. A removal process of residual fine foreign matters is taken before a high precision water-washing process in a manufacturing process of each component of a rolling bearing. Accordingly, residual fine foreign matters generated in a cutting process, a heat-treating process and a grinding process are removed, including metal powder like a metal chip and falling pieces of bearing components. In the removal process of residual fine foreign matters, ground pieces of corn-cob as a raw material are used for a grinding medium. Thus, damages to a surface of rolling bearing parts may be minimized during the removal process. Moreover, the medium is likely to accommodate to a surface of bearing parts, so that residual fine foreign matters may be effectively removed.

    摘要: A self-limiting method and apparatus for deburring or rounding sharp edges. Structures which basically comprise a skin which is a surface of revolution with a plurality of upstanding ribs in a pattern forming pockets often have sharp edges on the sides of the ribs, formed by chemical milling or machining operations, with the edges lying along lines substantially parallel to the skin. It is necessary to deburr or round over these sharp edges without damaging or deforming the ribs or skin. To accomplish this, the structure is mounted on a fixture which permits the structure to be rotated around its axis of rotation while the axis is tilted at selected angles. The fixture is positioned above a hopper containing hard, small balls (usually steel). An elevator mechanism lifts the balls to a dispenser above the fixture which has appropriately located slots above the sharp edges to be rounded. Balls are allowed to fall through the slots onto the sharp edges and adjacent areas. The edges gradually rounded over by the impact of the falling balls. When ball size and drop height are properly selected, the edges will be deformed only to the desired radius, after which further impacts have no significant further effect. Adjacent areas of the ribs are substantially uneffected by ball impact. The thin skin areas at the bottom of the pockets are not damaged, since the balls strike the skin at low, glancing angles.
