    摘要: A solid-liquid separation device includes a plurality of fixed members and movable members that are movably disposed between the adjacent fixed members, and a screw extending through the fixed members and the movable members in a state where the screw is not in contact with the fixed members and the movable members. The screw is rotationally driven about a center axis line thereof. A filtrate separated from an object is discharged to the outside of the solid-liquid separation portion through filtrate discharge gaps, and the object that has a reduced liquid content ratio is discharged from the outlet to the outside. In order to increase significantly a dewatering ratio, the movable members are formed to move while penetrating closer to the center axis line of the screw than an outer circumferential edge of the blade of the screw, without coming into contact with the screw.

    摘要: A container for the working and transportation of food product waste is disclosed. The container includes a shell configured for removable disposition within a refuse collection vehicle. The shell includes an opening for receiving product, and a cover for sealing the opening except when open to permit product to be added to container. The cover may be operably connected to a lift and invert mechanism on the refuse collection vehicle for coordinated operation. A separation floor is disposed within the container to facilitate separation of liquid and solid constituents within the container. A working and transfer mechanism is disposed within the container to work food product waste prior to delivery of same to a processing facility, and to facilitate removal of the worked food product waste from the container through an output port of the container as part of the delivery of same.

    摘要: The present disclosure encompasses a machine for extracting, squeezing, compressing and compacting a mixture of municipal solid waste to provide both an organic-rich liquid and solid RDF pellets, separately. The machine comprises a stepless hydraulic power transmission module and a press and squeeze compression module. The body of the machine comprises a waste-inlet on one end, followed by a water separation zone, a wet organic substance pressing zone, a heat and steam pressing zone, and an RDF molding and pelletizing zone. The machine also comprises a press-and-squeeze shaft having a conical cylindrical shape with an ascending diameter including a shaft body and a helix screw. The helix screw with multi-spiral forward steps and multi-spiral backward steps, with the spiral steps (distance between and among them) becoming smaller toward the bigger end of the body.
