When the compactor applies pressure to the waste, liquid and residual solid waste exits the compaction chamber through the plurality of apertures. There is a liquid collection system, configured to collect the liquid and the residual solid waste from the plurality of apertures and the liquid collection system includes an evaporation system configured to evaporate at least a portion of the liquid removed from the waste.

摘要： A container for the working and transportation of food product waste is disclosed. The container includes a shell configured for removable disposition within a refuse collection vehicle. The shell includes an opening for receiving product, and a cover for sealing the opening except when open to permit product to be added to container. The cover may be operably connected to a lift and invert mechanism on the refuse collection vehicle for coordinated operation. A separation floor is disposed within the container to facilitate separation of liquid and solid constituents within the container. A working and transfer mechanism is disposed within the container to work food product waste prior to delivery of same to a processing facility, and to facilitate removal of the worked food product waste from the container through an output port of the container as part of the delivery of same.

摘要： An elongated container of a truck has a closed front end wall and a hinged rear outlet closure, and a side infeed opening for receiving garbage. This empty container is configured to receive an elongated base upon which is mounted a reciprocating conveyor floor for moving garbage in the container outward through the opened rear closure for deposit at a garbage disposal site. The power drive mechanism for driving the reciprocating floor is located at the front end of the container and is shielded from input garbage by a deflector secured to the reciprocating floor. The deflector also serves as a pusher for compacting and moving garbage in the container out through the opened rear closure. The self-contained reciprocating floor is easily carried manually and fed through the opened rear closure and secured firmly in the truck container.

Instead of the garbage going into a vehicle that has to be dumped at an intermediate location then reloaded, the garbage goes into a leak proof container which is not dumped till the garbage reaches it final destination. The Jezco Waste Collection Truck is a medium duty 2 axle truck that holds the patented Jezco Container. This truck is a lighter duty vehicle than the standard garbage truck which is typically a 3 axle unit and much heavier. As a result the Jezco Waste Collection Truck is a less expensive unit. The Jezco Container is 100 percent leak proof and will not spill garbage juices onto the roadways and will eliminate the transmission of rodents. The Jezco Container has the ability to access back haul trucking which will reduce the fuel consumption used in hauling garbage and reduce the number of trucks on the road for garbage hauling.
