    摘要: A method of enrobing a product portion in polymer strands includes mounting at least one product portion on a holding device and passing the at least one product portion through a polymer enrobing zone. The polymer enrobing zone can include a flow of polymeric fibers produced by a polymer spray head. The polymer fibers can wraparound the at least one product portion to produce an enrobed product portion. The holding device can hold the at least one product portion by passing at least partially through the body of the product portion. At least a portion of the holding device is removed from the enrobed product portion. In some cases, the at least one product portion includes smokeless tobacco.

    摘要: A nanofiber manufacturing system in which nanofiber is formed from a raw material liquid by electrostatic explosions in a nanofiber forming space and the formed nanofiber is collected and deposited on a main surface of a base sheet. The system includes: a first dielectric belt having dielectric property; sheet conveying devices for conveying the base sheet in the nanofiber forming space; a sheet contacting device for putting a back surface of the base sheet and a first surface of the first dielectric belt into contact with each other; a dielectric belt driving device for running the first dielectric belt in a conveyance direction of the base sheet within the nanofiber forming space while the first surface is kept in contact with the back surface of the base sheet; and a voltage applying device for applying a voltage to the second surface of the first dielectric belt so that dielectric polarization occurs to the first dielectric belt.

The invention further relates to a method and a device for production of a linear fibre formation comprising a linear fibre core, on which in a spinning space of an electric field of high intensity the nanofibres produced through electrostatic spinning of polymer matrix are deposited. Through the spinning space of the electric field at least two straight segments of the linear fibre core are guided, between which the core outside the spinning space of electric field is guided at least along a section of circumference of the guiding cylinder, while in projection into a plane being tangential to circumference of the guiding cylinder and passing the respective segment of the core, this segment of the core and longitudinal axis of the guiding cylinder contain an acute angle.
