摘要: An insulating material that tends not to hydrolyze is used to thereby provide a heat pump apparatus having long-term reliability. An electric motor of a compressor is fixed to a sealed container and includes a stator around which a winding wire is wound through intermediation of an insulating material, and a rotor surrounded by the stator. The insulating material is a wholly aromatic liquid crystal polyester (LCP) having a molecular main chain constituted by a monomer including p-hydroxybenzoic acid (PHB) as an essential monomer and a monomer solely including benzene-ring as another monomer via an ester bond. The refrigerating machine oil has a saturated water content of 2% or less at 40 degrees C., a relative humidity of 80%, for 24 Hr. To suppress the explosive decomposition reaction of ethylene-based fluorohydrocarbon, a flame retardant is used to generate chemical species that complement active radicals that cause the decomposition reaction.

摘要: A permanent magnet buried type electric motor includes a rotator having a rotator core and a stator. The rotator core includes: a plurality of magnet accommodating holes formed as many as the number of poles; a plurality of permanent magnets; air holes through which a coolant and a refrigerant oil pass; and a fastening hole. The magnet accommodating hole is formed into a shape that projects toward a radially inner side and is recessed toward a radially outer side. The air hole portions and the fastening holes are arranged so as to be alternately positioned. The air hole portion is formed into such a shape that includes a portion extending in an arc shape along an outer peripheral surface of a rotary shaft in a circumferential direction of the rotator core so that an area of the air hole portion is larger than an area of the fastening hole.

摘要: A refrigerant being low in both ODP and GWP and containing at least hydrofluoroolefin having a double bond of carbon is used. By providing a first compression-chamber oil feed path for feeding refrigerating machine oil to a compression chamber 15 after the refrigerant has been enclosed therein, effects on the global environment can be suppressed and moreover temperature increases of the refrigerant due to re-expansion heating and feeding of high-temperature refrigerating machine oil can be suppressed, i.e., decomposition of the refrigerant can be inhibited.

摘要: In a compressor, a single refrigerant of hydrofluoroolefin having a double bond of carbon or a mixed refrigerant containing hydrofluoroolefin and hydrofluorocarbon having no double bond of carbon is used, and moreover a refrigerating machine oil containing an additive for suppressing deterioration of the refrigerating machine oil and an antiwear agent is used, the compressor including a sliding portion which is exposed to the mixed refrigerant and the refrigerating machine oil and which has a hardness of 47-55 HRC. Thus, decomposition and polymerization of the refrigerant and the refrigerating machine oil can be inhibited (i.e., occurrence of sludge can be inhibited), and antiwear property of sliding portions, e.g. vane and piston, of the compressor can be maintained. As a result, reliability of the compressor and the refrigerating cycle apparatus using the compressor can be ensured.

摘要: A motor-driven compressor includes a housing, a rotary shaft, a compression mechanism and an electric motor. The housing includes a suction port and a discharge port. The compression mechanism is disposed in the housing and compresses refrigerant flowed through the suction port into the compression mechanism and discharges the refrigerant through the discharge port. The electric motor is disposed in the housing and drives the rotary shaft to rotate to drive the compression mechanism. The electric motor includes a rotor fixedly mounted on the rotary shaft and a stator fixed to the housing. The rotor includes a permanent magnet and a compressor interior environment improvement agent containing at least one of an absorbent for absorbing moisture and a neutralizer for neutralizing acid.
