摘要: A transmission includes a dog clutch type transmission mechanism, a clutch actuator that drives a clutch, a shift actuator that moves a movable gear of the transmission mechanism, and a delay time setting section that sets a delay time which is a time period between start of disengagement of the clutch and start of movement of the movable gear. When an engagement force between dog portions to be disengaged from each other is a first engagement force, the delay time setting section sets the delay time to a first delay time. When the engagement force is a second engagement force smaller than the first engagement force, the delay time setting section sets the delay time to a second delay time shorter than the first delay time.

摘要: An automatic clutch control device comprises a clutch interposed between a prime move and an input shaft of a transmission; a target clutch torque calculation section; a gear change control section; an accelerator pressing-down speed detecting section; a judging section for judging whether or not the accelerator pressing-down speed exceeds at least one predetermined pressing-down speed threshold value; a prime mover rotational speed increasing control section operated when the accelerator pressing-down speed exceeds the threshold value, for disconnecting the input shaft and the prime mover and then for controlling the prime mover rotational speed to increase and come to be equal to the input shaft rotational speed which has been increased by a lower speed gear stage having been established; and a target clutch torque change calculation section for calculating a change amount that changes the target clutch torque in dependence on the magnitude of the accelerator pressing-down speed.

The overspeed system may have a power source, a transmission unit, and a torque converter assembly operatively coupling the power source to the transmission unit. The overspeed system may also have a travel speed sensor configured to generate a signal indicative of a vehicle speed, and a controller in communication with the torque converter assembly and the travel speed sensor. The controller may be configured to prevent a decoupling of the torque converter assembly in response to the signal.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for operating an automated clutch of a motor vehicle, which is operated using a hydrostatic actuator of a hydraulic clutch operating system, which includes a slave cylinder and a master cylinder that contain hydraulic medium, a volume equalization of the hydraulic medium being carried out in a driving operation in order to counteract a detuning of the clutch operating system. The invention is distinguished by the fact that the volume equalization is carried out as needed during operation of the clutch depending on current clutch characteristic values, if the driving comfort is not, or not inappropriately, diminished.

摘要: A clutch-by-wire system includes: an automatic clutch having a clutch disposed on a power transmission system pathway, and a clutch actuator; a clutch pedal sensor; and an electronic control device which automatically controls an operation of the clutch actuator in response to an operating state at the time of an automatic mode and controls an operation of the clutch actuator on the basis of a signal from the clutch pedal sensor at the time of a manual mode, wherein the electronic control device compares a first control amount manually controlled in response to a signal from the clutch pedal sensor with a second control amount automatically controlled in response to the operating state and controls the clutch actuator in accordance with the control amount on a non-engagement side out of the first control amount and the second control amount.

摘要: A method and apparatus for controlling torque delivery independently, i.e., asymmetrically, to the two rear axles and wheels of a vehicle with front wheel drive provides improved vehicle handling and performance. The apparatus includes a prime mover, transaxle, power takeoff, rear axle having a pair of independently controllable modulating clutches driving respective rear axle and wheels, various vehicle sensors and a microprocessor. The method, embodied in software in the microprocessor, senses wheel speeds, yaw rate, lateral acceleration, throttle position and steering wheel angle, determines various reference values and oversteer and understeer conditions and activates one or both of the two clutches.
