    摘要: A constant velocity counter track joint having an outer joint part with outer ball tracks having first tracks opening toward the aperture end and second tracks opening toward the attaching end. The center line of the second tracks, departs, radially inwardly, a first reference radius centered in the point of intersection of a perpendicular line on the tangent at the center line of the ball track and the longitudinal axis. In the inner joint part, the center line of the ball tracks departs, radially inwardly, a second reference radius centered in the point of intersection of a perpendicular line on the tangent at the center line of the ball track and the longitudinal axis. In the outer joint part, the center line of the ball tracks towards the aperture end, moves radially outwardly beyond said first reference radius. In the inner joint part, the center line of the ball tracks towards the attaching end, moves radially outwardly beyond said second reference radius.

    摘要: A constant velocity joint assembly comprises outer and inner joint members having engaging contact surfaces which support the joint for articulation about a common center point. The joint members have ball grooves which diverge inwardly of the joint and whose inner and outer ball groove surfaces are axially offset with respect to the center point for urging the balls axially inwardly. A ball retainer is provided within the outer joint member. The ball retainer is spring-biased into engagement with an end of the inner joint member and pivots about the center point of the joint to engage and hold the balls within the ball grooves, maintaining them in a common plane.

    摘要: A constant velocity universal joint for large articulation angles, consisting of an outer joint part comprising a cavity and longitudinally extending outer ball running grooves opening towards the cavity; an inner joint part positioned inside the cavity and comprising longitudinally extending inner ball running grooves corresponding to the outer ball running grooves; torque transmitting balls running in outer and inner ball running grooves associated with one another; and a cage which is arranged between the outer joint part and the inner joint part, which is provided with windows for accommodating the balls and which comprises two opposed apertures having generating central axes which extend transversely to the joint axis. With reference to the above joint it is proposed that the outer joint part is provided with radially opposed slots with surface-normal central axes which coincide with the central axes of the apertures, that at the inner joint part there are arranged two radially opposed journals which extend transversely to the joint axis and comprise central axes which coincide with the central axes of the slots and pass through the slots, that the cage is substantially annular in shape relative to the central axes of the apertures and that there is provided a two-arm joint yoke which, by means of its arms, is secured to the journals.

    摘要: Provided is a fixed type constant velocity universal joint, in which: each of first track groove portions positioned on an interior side of an outer joint member includes an arc part having a curvature center that is positioned without being offset in an axial direction with respect to a joint center; the first track groove portions are inclined in a peripheral direction with respect to a joint axial line (N-N) and adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction with their inclination directions opposite to each other; each of second track groove portions positioned on an opening side is formed into a different shape from a shape of the each of the first track groove portions so as to increase an effective track length at a maximum operating angle; the each of the first track groove portions and the each of the second track groove portions are connected to each other at a position on the opening side with respect to the joint center; each of track grooves of an inner joint member is formed so as to be mirror-image symmetrical with corresponding one of paired track grooves of the outer joint member with respect to a plane including the joint center and being perpendicular to the joint axial line at an operating angle of 0°; and an axial clearance between the inner joint member and a cage is set to be larger than an axial clearance corresponding to a clearance between each of balls and each of the track grooves.

    摘要: A fixed type constant velocity universal joint has track grooves of an outer joint member including first and second track groove portions located on depth and opening sides, respectively. The first track groove portions each have a circular-arc part having a curvature center that is not offset in an axial direction with respect to a joint center, are inclined in a circumferential direction with respect to a joint axial line, and are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction with their inclination directions opposite to each other. The second track groove portions have a different shape than the first track groove portions to increase an effective track length with respect to a maximum operating angle.
