Abstract: A saturation ratio calculation unit calculates a saturation ratio of the saturation of an outer circumference of a color gamut of an input image to the saturation of an outer circumference of a color gamut of an output image. A histogram generation unit generates a histogram in which a plurality of pixels selected as pixels outside the color gamut are counted for each pair of lightness and hue. A magnification determination unit determines, within a range of not less than 1 and not more than the saturation ratio, a magnification by which the chromaticity of the input image to be subjected to the color gamut conversion is to be multiplied for each pair of lightness and hue based on the histogram.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a method and apparatus for a wireless exercise monitoring system for interactively monitoring an aspect of exercise, sports, or fitness utilizing a wearable device, such as a watch, eyewear, or smart apparel. The device is equipped with, or connected to, a digital camera. Sensors integrated with, or wirelessly connected to, the wearable internet device record physiological data during exercise and data measuring the amount of exercise performed. The data and visual images from the camera are transmitted to one or more internet servers, and may be shared with other mobile internet devices.

Abstract: There are provided a printer, a digital camera with a printer, and a printing method which are capable of simply printing an image having photographic composition intended by a user. A frame layout is displayed on a monitor. Based on an operation of an operation unit, images stored in an internal memory are displayed in frames, and images to be arranged in the frames are selected. In this case, portions of the images corresponding to the frames are cut out, and the images are displayed in the frames. Based on an operation of the operation unit, the images to be arranged in the frames are adjusted by zooming and/or moving the images to be arranged in the frames within the frames. After setting of images for all the frames is completed, an image displayed on the monitor is printed according to a print instruction.

The method includes: establishing wireless communications between the first electronic device and a second electronic device using a short range communication module of the first electronic device; and entering a camera-feature-sharing mode in which a camera-related feature of the second electronic device is accessible to the first electronic device using the short range communication module and in which a camera-related feature of the first electronic device is accessible to the second electronic device using the short range communication module.
