摘要: According to one aspect of the invention, a fluid mixer/charger includes an inlet for receiving input flowing fluid, the inlet including a flow directing portion for directing fluid in the first directional flow path, an outlet positioned to receive fluid flowing from the inlet to direct the fluid along a second directional flow path different from the first one, and a charging device for applying or removing electrical charge with respect to fluid during flow by at least one of the inlet and outlet. The invention functions as an electric capacitor with a fixed bleed rate to charge fluid. According to an additional aspect, a method of mixing and charging of fluid includes directing a fluid through a mixer/charger device, including receiving an input fluid, directing the input fluid along a flow path defined at least in part by at least partially electrically conductive members, at least one during flow of fluid along the flow path changing the direction of fluid flow and the number of streams in which such fluid flows, and applying or removing an electrical charge with respect to the fluid flowing through the mixer/charger.

摘要: Disclosed is novel apparatus and method for introducing various gasses into liquids. This as is commonly done in aerating or oxygenating liquids where growing aquatic life such as fish; instances concerning lagoon and pond treatment, absorption of oxygen in sewage or sewage -activated sludge mixture, introduction of chlorine or carbon dioxide gas into water for chemical treatment thereof. The method includes water treatment comprising the improved diffuser, aerator or sparger apparatus with the result of substantial enlargement in the known beneficial effects of such treatments; also, substantial and unexpected attendant benefit attributable to function of the diffuser apparatus. Principally the apparatus and method reduces the viscosity of water reducing the hydrogen bonding thereof at the time when presented for gas absorbtion. This when utilizing gas for aqueous liquid treatment or treatment of water with suspended pollutants.

摘要: An atomization system for internal combustion engines for atomizing fuel in an air stream, which includes an atomization space separate from the combustion or working space of the internal combustion engine and traversed at least in part by the combustion air; the electrically conductive fuel supply includes a large number of small capillary tubes projecting into the atomization space from the mounting support thereof while a counter-electrode is provided with a large surface facing the discharge openings of the capillary tubes; additionally, means are provided for guiding the air in such a direction and at such a velocity that the forces exerted on the atomized and electrically charged fuel droplets by the flowing air predominate the electrostatic attracting forces exerted on the droplets by the counter-electrode and thus keep the droplets from the counter-electrode.

摘要: A thermo-magnetic vaporizer carburetor comprised of a vaporization reaction chamber which includes South pole exposed magnetic means uniformly around the chamber. The South pole magnetic field alters the molecular structure of the fuel so that it is more rapidly dispersed in the fuel/air mixture entering the I.C. engine. The liquid fuel enters the thermo-magnetic vaporizer under high pressure at ambient temperature and is conducted into a circular spiral arrangement of tubing of approximately six turns where the change-of-state transition is made from a liquid fuel to a fuel vapor. The circular spiral tubing assembly of the vaporization reaction chamber is the conduit for the fuel, as well as an electrical heating element that vaporizes the fuel that is flowing through it. The vaporized fuel exits vaporization reaction chamber and is directed to the exit port of the central vane gimbal where it is injected into the low pressure point of the spinning intake air vortex. The fuel vapor is then evenly dispersed throughout the intake air by the natural vortex which is created by the top plate vortex guide vanes and the three vane throttle mechanism, before entering the intake manifold of the I.C. engine.

摘要: A device comprises an annular permanent magnet (1) embracing an engine fuel mixture duct (6). The poles of the magnet (1) are oriented in such a way that the direction of the magnetic field established thereby is parallel to the direction of the fuel mixture flow in the duct (6). The magnet (1) is fitted in a nonmagnetic flat body (2) made from a zinc alloy. If viewed in the direction of the fuel mixture flow, the south pole of the magnet (1) is closer to the engine than the north pole thereof. The inner diameter of the annular magnet (1) is equal to the inner diameter of the fuel mixture duct (6). The magnetic intensity in the center of the annular magnet (1) is within 50-250 oersteds.

摘要: Apparatus of the invention bubbles air through a dielectric liquid including water to produce a vapor for catalytic enhancement of combustion. By maintaining low turbulence and tailoring the bubble rate to the demand of a connected combustion device, a substantial amount of negative ionization is produced contributing greatly to the catalytic action and the efficiency of a connected combustion device such as a heating furnace.
