摘要: A fluid mixing system includes a flexible bag having a first end, an opposing second end, and an interior surface bounding a compartment. A first rotational assembly includes a first casing mounted to the first end of the flexible bag and a first hub rotatably mounted to the first casing. A second rotational assembly includes a second casing mounted to the second end of the flexible bag and a second hub rotatably mounted to the second casing. An elongated member has a first end coupled with the first hub and an opposing second end coupled with the second hub, the connector being flexible and having a uniform flexibility along its entire length. A first impeller is mounted to the connector.

摘要: A downhole tool includes a housing configured to be placed into a subterranean environment and a mixer disposed in the housing. The mixer includes a first inlet configured to receive a fusible metal or alloy component and a second inlet configured to receive a solid metal or semi-metal component. Additionally, the mixer includes a mixing chamber configured to mix the fusible metal or alloy component and the solid metal or semi-metal component to form a liquid or partially liquid alloy. Further, the mixer includes an outlet configured to discharge the liquid or partially liquid alloy into the subterranean environment. The liquid or partially liquid alloy is configured to harden into a solid alloy over time.

摘要: An impeller mixer of electrode slurry includes a container (100) filled with raw materials of electrode slurry, impellers (110) have different shapes from each other and are multi-layered, the impellers being rotatably provided in the container (100) and configured to mix the raw materials of electrode slurry, and a driving part (120) disposed on a bottom portion of the container (100) and coupled to the impellers (110) through a coupling shaft to rotate the impeller, wherein the coupling shaft is disposed above the driving part. Therefore, multi-layered impellers (11) rotating at a high speed efficiently disperse raw materials of electrode slurry in a short time and also allow the raw materials to be uniformly mixed, resulting in an increase in work efficiency.

The support structure and the drive-unit are provided as separate components that may be arranged both in an operating position, where the drive-unit is connectable to the mixing device of the single-use bag in the support structure, and in a separated position, where the drive-unit is separated from the support structure. The drive-unit comprises a tag reader that, in the operating position, is arranged to read a vessel tag of the single-use vessel arranged in the support structure.

摘要: A disposable container comprising a side wall, top and bottom, wherein the side wall comprises a first flexible material and the bottom comprises a rigid or semi-rigid material. The side wall top and bottom are joined together to define the container with an interior compartment for keeping a fluid inside the container. The bottom comprises at least one opening that is fluid-tightly covered with an assembly comprising a second flexible material. The assembly comprises at least one port which provides access to the interior compartment of the container. The invention also relates to a mixing system comprising the disposable container.

摘要: A mixing apparatus for mixing particles in a liquid and its use are disclosed. The mixing apparatus comprises a tank having a bottom and a substantially vertical side wall, an agitation means comprising a rotation shaft located vertically and centrally in the tank, and an impeller arranged at a height above the bottom at the end of the rotation shaft and the impeller being a downward pumping axial or mixed flow impeller. The bottom is equipped with a corrugated formation comprising alternate consecutive ridges and valleys, the ridges and valleys extending radially in relation to a center of the bottom, whereby the valleys concentrate and channel the mixing power near to the bottom to direct the flow of the liquid and to increase the velocity of the flow near to the bottom.

摘要: In a sludge thickener water/wastewater treatment system, sludge solids are recirculated with a mixer positioned in the influent column or offset from the center column and within the stilling well, in order to produce essentially constant sludge solids concentration in the sludge withdrawn from the thickener. This solves the problem of thickeners producing inconsistent underflow solids concentration and often exhibiting problems with binding of rake arms due to sometimes very high sludge concentrations. Also, dewatering steps that follow thickening typically require a relatively constant solids concentration for efficient operation.
