A first rotational assembly includes a first casing mounted to the first end of the flexible bag and a first hub rotatably mounted to the first casing. A second rotational assembly includes a second casing mounted to the second end of the flexible bag and a second hub rotatably mounted to the second casing. An elongated member has a first end coupled with the first hub and an opposing second end coupled with the second hub, the connector being flexible and having a uniform flexibility along its entire length.     摘要: An impeller mixer of electrode slurry includes a container (100) filled with raw materials of electrode slurry, impellers (110) have different shapes from each other and are multi-layered, the impellers being rotatably provided in the container (100) and configured to mix the raw materials of electrode slurry, and a driving part (120) disposed on a bottom portion of the container (100) and coupled to the impellers (110) through a coupling shaft to rotate the impeller, wherein the coupling shaft is disposed above the driving part. Therefore, multi-layered impellers (11) rotating at a high speed efficiently disperse raw materials of electrode slurry in a short time and also allow the raw materials to be uniformly mixed, resulting in an increase in work efficiency.

    摘要: A mixing apparatus for mixing particles in a liquid and its use are disclosed. The mixing apparatus comprises a tank having a bottom and a substantially vertical side wall, an agitation means comprising a rotation shaft located vertically and centrally in the tank, and an impeller arranged at a height above the bottom at the end of the rotation shaft and the impeller being a downward pumping axial or mixed flow impeller. The bottom is equipped with a corrugated formation comprising alternate consecutive ridges and valleys, the ridges and valleys extending radially in relation to a center of the bottom, whereby the valleys concentrate and channel the mixing power near to the bottom to direct the flow of the liquid and to increase the velocity of the flow near to the bottom.
