    摘要： A method, and an apparatus, for operating a hydraulic shearing machine. For cutting a shearing-movement of at least one shear blade which is curved, starting from a starting-position under application of an overall actuating-force and for resetting of the shear blades which were moved for cutting to their starting-position after accomplishment of the shearing-movement, a reset-movement under application of an overall reset-force. The shearing-movement and the reset-movement are accomplished by a hydraulic actuating-mechanism comprising hydraulic cylinders, wherein the overall actuating-force and the overall reset-force being applied to the moved shear blades by at least one hydraulic cylinder of the actuating-mechanism. The magnitude of the overall actuating-force is adjustable by switching one or several hydraulic cylinders of the actuating-mechanism in and out of operation-mode. The method proposes that the positions of the curved shear blade are controlled by a control system by regulating the flow of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinders according to setpoints for a shear blade position versus time function and the overall actuating-force and overall reset-force requirements.

    摘要： The powered pipe cutter and the pipe flaring tool both have a piston slidably mounted in a cylinder. The cylinder has a top end closed by a top end plug. A crimped cartridge bore in the top end plug communicates with a gas expansion chamber. A bolt and firing pin assembly are attached to the cylinder top end. The pipe cutter includes a shear housing with a pipe passage connected to the rod end of the cylinder. A shear plate is connected to the piston and moves with the piston to shear pipes. The pipe flaring tool includes a pipe clamp assembly with a pipe passage and a female flaring surface connected to the cylinder rod end. A male flaring surface on the piston cooperates with the female flaring surface to flare pipe ends.

Outside of the region of the penetrating boreholes the periphery of the roller additionally is provided with a penetrating slot, which extends, in turn, essentially over the whole axial length of the roller, for a separating slitter supported in the inner cavity of the roller.

    摘要： An apparatus and method for removing a plurality of printed labels configured as paper sheet portions from a plurality of stacked pressing sheets, the labels being partially precut and arranged in a predetermined pattern in the pressing sheets, including a die plate having a plurality of openings formed therein in a predetermined pattern corresponding to the pattern of the labels in the pressing sheets. The labels are pressed from the pressing sheets through the openings by a plurality of press members which are arranged in a predetermined pattern corresponding to the patterns of both the labels and the die openings, and project from a vertically movable press plate. As the labels are pressed from the master sheets, the die plate openings help to maintain the labels in aligned stacks.
