摘要: A battery cell, a battery, and a method and a device for preparing the battery are provided. The battery cell includes: a housing, having an opening; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the housing; an end cap covering the opening and provided with a pressure relief mechanism; and an insulating member, disposed between the end cover and the electrode assembly to insulate and isolate the end cover from the electrode assembly. The insulating member includes a body and a boss, a first through hole being formed in the area of the body corresponding to the pressure relief mechanism, the boss being connected to the body and extending towards the electrode assembly, a second through hole being formed in a side surface of the boss. The first through hole and the second through hole are used for forming an exhaust channel from the interior of the battery cell to the pressure relief mechanism.

摘要: An end cover assembly, an energy-storage apparatus, and an electricity-consumption device are provided. A main body plate of an insulation holder includes a first surface and a second surface. A first wall plate and a second wall plate of the holder are both provided on the first surface and opposite to each other in the length direction of the main body plate. The first wall plate bends and extends away from the second wall plate in the thickness direction of the main body plate. The second wall plate bends and extends away from the first wall plate in the thickness direction of the main body plate. The main body plate, the first wall plate, and the second wall plate jointly define a receiving space to receive the explosion-proof-valve holder, and are all spaced apart from the explosion-proof-valve holder to form an airflow channel.

摘要: An energy-storage device, an electricity-consumption system, and an energy-storage system are provided in the disclosure. The energy-storage device includes multiple energy-storage units, an isolation plate, a first thermal insulator, and a second thermal insulator. The multiple energy-storage units are sequentially arranged in a first direction. Each of the multiple energy-storage units includes an explosion-proof valve. The isolation plate is located at one side of each of the multiple energy-storage units where the explosion-proof valve is located, extends in the first direction, and defines multiple vents arranged at intervals in the first direction. Each of the multiple vents is at least partially aligned with a corresponding explosion-proof valve, and different explosion-proof valves are aligned with different vents. The first thermal insulator and the second thermal insulator are both located at one side of the isolation plate away from the multiple energy-storage units.

The battery includes: a battery cell, where a pressure relief mechanism is disposed on a first wall of the battery cell; and a protection plate, where the protection plate is disposed opposite to the pressure relief mechanism. The protection plate is a polymer-based composite fiberboard. The technical solution provided in this application can protect a box of the battery from airflow impact and high-temperature melting arising from thermal runaway of the battery, thereby enhancing safety performance of the battery.

The degassing device includes: first and second gas discharge members disposed respectively corresponding to one surface portion and the other surface portion of the pouch to press the one surface portion and the other surface portion of the pouch so as to discharge the gas generated in the pouch through the one surface portion and the other surface portion; and a moving member configured to linearly move the second gas discharge member toward the first gas discharge member so that the first and second gas discharge members press the one surface portion and the other surface portion, and thus, the gas generated in the pouch may be effectively discharged.

In the energy storage device, a top cover defines an opening, a response member covers the opening, a lower plastic member includes a grid structure, the grid structure defines vent holes, and the vent holes are in communication with the opening. A current collecting member includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. The first connecting portion is connected to a terminal, and the second connecting portion is connected to an electrode assembly. Welding protrusions are provided on a surface of the second connecting portion, and the second connecting portion at least partially shelters the grid structure. The grid structure defines a dented avoidance space, and the welding protrusions are accommodated in the avoidance space.

The battery includes: a plurality of battery cells, including first battery cells and second battery cells, where a pressure relief mechanism is provided on both a first wall of the first battery cell and a second wall of the second battery cell; and a thermal management component, configured to accommodate fluid to regulate temperatures of the plurality of battery cells, where the thermal management component is attached to the first wall of the first battery cell and a first wall of the second battery cell, and is provided with a pressure relief region at a position corresponding to the pressure relief mechanism of the first battery cell, to discharge emissions from the first battery cell when the pressure relief mechanism of the first battery cell is actuated.
