摘要: This application describes apparatus and method for transimpedance gain control. A transimpedance amplifier circuit is described with a transimpedance amplifier having an input node for receiving an input current. A variable shunt resistance is connected to the input node and a controller is operable to controllably vary an open-loop transimpedance gain of the transimpedance amplifier and also the resistance of the variable shunt resistance so as to vary a closed-loop transimpedance gain of the transimpedance amplifier.

摘要: Multi-level envelope tracking systems are disclosed. In certain embodiments, a method of envelope tracking includes amplifying a radio frequency signal using a power amplifier, supplying power to the power amplifier using a power amplifier supply voltage, generating a plurality of delay-controlled regulated voltages based on controlling a delay of a plurality of regulated voltages using a controllable delay circuit, generating a modulator output voltage at a modulator output of a modulator, providing filtering using a first filter coupled between the modulator output and the power amplifier supply voltage, and controlling activation of a plurality of switches of the modulator based on an envelope of the radio frequency signal. The plurality of switches are each coupled between the modulator output and a corresponding one of the plurality of delay-controlled regulated voltages.

摘要: A current sense circuit includes channels a detection terminal, a feedback circuit and third-type switches. The channels respectively have first-type switches and second-type switches. Each of the first-type switches supplies an electric power to a load when the first-type switch is turned on. The second-type switches are respectively connected to the first-type switches in parallel, and respectively detect currents flowing through the first-type switches. The detection terminal is connected to the second-type switches. The feedback circuit includes a single operational amplifier having a first input terminal and a second input terminal. The first input terminal is connected to respective electrodes of the first-type switches close to the load. The second input terminal is connected to respective electrodes of the second-type switches close to the detection terminal. The third-type switches are connected to the electrodes of the first-type switches and the first input terminal.
