    Abstract: A signal processor device comprising: first input means intended to be connected, via a measurement sensor, to a high-voltage signal of an electrical installation; and processor means for analyzing the signal measured by said sensor; the device further comprising: changeover means that are configured to cause the operation of the device to change between a test mode in which the device is disconnected from said high-voltage signal so as to be connected to a test signal, and an operating mode in which the device is disconnected from said test signal so as to be reconnected to said high-voltage signal; and second input means that are connected to said processor means, said processor means being configured to actuate said changeover means so that the device operates in test mode or in operating mode depending on whether the second input means are activated or de-activated respectively.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a full arc admission steam turbine, which includes a plurality of nozzle boxes for inducing steam, and a plurality of nozzle plates for bearing nozzles, one nozzle plate corresponding to each nozzle box. The steam turbine 100 further includes a plurality of spacer plates corresponding to the plurality of nozzle boxes, wherein the spacer plate is disposed between the nozzle plate and the nozzle box, by which a flow path is formed between the plurality of nozzle boxes and the plurality of the nozzle plates through the plurality of spacer plates to achieve a full arc admission. With the solution according to embodiments of the present invention, existing partial arc steam turbine may be easily converted to be a full arc admission steam turbine. This will reduce cost of equipment upgrading. Outage due to onsite conversion may be significantly reduced.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a damping device for a gas turbine combustor with significantly reduced cooling air mass flow requirements. The damping device includes a wall with a first inner wall and a second outer wall, arranged in a distance to each other. The inner wall is subjected to high temperatures on a side with a hot gas flow. A plurality of cooling channels extend essentially parallel between the first inner wall and the second outer wall, and at least one damping volume bordered by cooling channels. Furthermore, the damping device includes a first passage for supplying a cooling medium from a cooling channel into the damping volume and a second passage for connecting the damping volume to the combustion chamber. An end plate, fixed to the inner wall, separates the damping volume from the combustion chamber.
