Abstract: Certain aspects of the subject matter described in this disclosure can be implemented in a method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes monitoring for a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in each of a plurality of monitoring occasions in a search space, wherein the PDCCHs are associated with the same downlink control information (DCI), and wherein the plurality of monitoring occasions are monitored using different beams; and decoding the PDCCHs after the monitoring.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity, such as a base station, may receive, from a first network entity, a broadcast indicating a downlink control channel transmission pattern associated with the first network entity. The network entity may monitor a plurality of receive beams for a plurality of downlink control channel transmissions from the first network entity according to the downlink control channel transmission pattern and may select a communication beam according to one or more cross-link interference (CLI) measurements associated with one or more of the plurality of receive beams in accordance with the monitoring. The network entity may communicate with a user equipment using the selected communication beam and a first set of resources that at least partially overlap in time and frequency with a scheduled communication at the first network entity. The network entity may experience or may cause the measured CLI.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit a configured grant that indicates time-frequency resources for a user equipment (UE) to use to transmit sidelink or uplink messages in a wireless communications system. To reduce the amount of low priority traffic that may interfere with higher priority traffic, the base station may configure a threshold probability to allow high priority sidelink transmissions and to cancel low priority transmissions. The base station may transmit a cancellation indication that includes a priority indication instructing the UE to cancel transmissions having a priority less than a priority threshold during the allocated time-frequency resources. Based on transmitting the cancellation indication, the base station may cancel transmissions that have low priority, and the UE may determine whether to transmit (or to refrain from transmitting) one or more messages based on the priority of the message.

Abstract: A method of wireless communications by a user equipment (UE) includes transmitting a request for action for at least one control resource set (CORESET) and associated search space. The action may include configuring, activating, and/or deactivating the at least one CORESET and associated search space. The CORESET may be a dynamic CORESET with a predefined number of search space occasions or a semi-static CORESET. The method also includes communicating in accordance with the request. The request is transmitted using at least one of an uplink radio resource control (RRC) message, a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), a sounding reference signal (SRS), a random access channel (RACH), or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The UE may switch, in connection with the request, to a bandwidth part (BWP) configured for the UE.

Abstract: Various aspects of the disclosure relate to event triggers for independent links. For example, an event trigger may be based on measurements from multiple links. In some aspects, the independent links may involve a first device (e.g., a user equipment) communicating via different independent links with different devices (e.g., transmit receive points (TRPs) or sets of TRPs). For example, the first device may communicate with a second device (e.g., a TRP) via a first link and communicate with a third device (e.g., a TRP) via a second link. In some scenarios, an event trigger may be based on aggregated measurements from multiple links.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating semi-static TCI configurations are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a UE includes receiving, from a base station, a first downlink message including a TCI state indicator. The example method also includes initiating a timer after receiving the first downlink message including the TCI state indicator. Additionally, the example method includes receiving, after the timer expires, subsequent downlink messages using the indicated TCI state until a second downlink message including a TCI state change indication is received. An example method for wireless communication at a base station includes transmitting, to a UE, a first downlink message including a TCI state indicator. The example method also includes initiating a timer after transmitting the first downlink message including the TCI state indicator.
