Abstract: Disclosed are a personalized sleep planning system that finds and recommends an optimal sleep/bedtime and wakeup time using user data such as a user’s schedule and bio-rhythm information, and a method of creating a sleep schedule for the same. The sleep planning system comprises: a recommended sleep schedule generator for determining a sleep pressure based on first user data including a personal schedule obtained from a user device and generating a recommended sleep schedule based on the sleep pressure with respect to constraints based on the personal schedule; and an output processing unit for updating the personal schedule of a calendar of the user device with the recommended sleep schedule or providing information related to the recommended sleep schedule to the user device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a kidney organoid having a nephron-like structure and a production method therefor. A kidney organoid culture system using kidney dECM hydrogels according to the present invention induced the vascularization of the kidney organoid and the expression of podocytes, tubular transporters, and cilium genes, and has an effect of forming a more mature nephron-like structure. Abstract: Disclosed are a user detection technique, and a method and apparatus for channel estimation in a wireless communication system supporting massive multiple-input multiple-output. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a superimposed signal including a transmission signal of at least one user equipment (UE) from among a plurality of user equipments, wherein each transmission signal includes a pilot signal of a corresponding user equipment; calculating a sample covariance matrix from the received superimposed signal by using the number of antennas of a base station and a pilot signal matrix of the at least one user equipment; calculating a likelihood function indicating the likelihood probability of the received superimposed signal, on the basis of the number of antennas of the base station and the received superimposed signal; detecting a user index set indicating whether or not the plurality of user equipments have transmitted signals, by using the calculated likelihood function and sample covariance matrix; and performing channel estimation of the at least one user equipment that is transmitting the signal, on the basis of the detected user index set.
