摘要: Subsea power supply assembly (10, 20) supplying electric power to a motor (11) at a second location (90) from a first location (80), comprising a variable speed drive (13) (VSD) and a step-up transformer (15) connected to it. At a subsea location the assembly comprises a first step-down transformer (17) with input (17a) and output (17b) and an uninterruptable power supply (25) having an input (25a). A step-out cable (19) supplies power from the step-up transformer (15) to the motor (11). The cable (19) connects to the first step-down transformer (17). The speed of the electric motor (11) is proportional to the output frequency of the VSD (13). The power receiving input (25a) of the uninterruptable power supply (25) connects to the output (17b) of the first step-down transformer (17), thereby receiving electrical power with frequency equal to the output frequency of the VSD (13).

摘要: A system for subsea pumping or compressing includes an ESP (electrical submersible pump), a flowline jumper, a connector part in either end of the flowline jumper, and a truss structure or longitudinal rib-arrangement that acts as a stiffening arrangement. The ESP may be arranged in the flowline jumper which may be orientated in a substantially horizontal direction. The stiffening arrangement may function to ensure that the ESP shaft is straight at all times during lifting, installation and operation. The system may also include a load limiting arrangement for limiting or eliminating the load on structure and seabed supporting the system.

摘要: The invention provides a multipurpose tool arrangement for riserless invention of a subsea well. The multipurpose tool (40) which is adapted to be connected at the lower end to a Christmas tree (50) which has a tubing hanger (52) and an annulus bore (60′) being defined through said tubing hanger (52). Said tool (40) comprises a tubular element (48) and a Christmas tree connector (41), said multipurpose tool (40) is adapted to receive a second tool (64), which is operated by a cable (49), said second tool (64) in turn being adapted to install a plug (70) in said tubing hanger annulus bore (60′), through said multipurpose tool (40), said arrangement also comprising a pressure control head (47) through which said cable (49) extend. The invention also provides a method for removal or installing of a Christmas tree.

摘要: The invention provides a centrifugal pressure booster, for pressure boosting liquids, multiphase fluid or gas, the pres sure booster comprising a liquid filled electric motor with a stator and a rotor, with a rotor stator gap between the rotor and stator, a pressure boosting part in the form of a pump or compressor operatively coupled to the rotor, and at least one housing, one fluid inlet and one fluid outlet. The pressure booster is distinctive in that it comprises a rotor stator gap coolant inlet pump, for enhancing the coolant flow through the rotor stator gap. The invention also provides a related method and use of a rotor stator gap coolant inlet pump.

摘要: An installation tool arrangement enables installation of a flexible elongated element, such as a conductor, cable, tube or tube bundle, into a pipeline and to extend the flexible elongated element from the surface of the sea to the seabed by the use of a per se known pipeline pigging technique. The tool arrangement includes a first pipe junction tool at the pipeline entrance end for the flexible elongated element, and a second pipe junction tool at the pipeline exit end for the flexible elongated element. The installation tool arrangement includes a leading pig connected to the flexible elongated element to have it advanced through the pipeline toward the seabed by advancing said pig by means of the fluid flowing in the pipeline.

摘要: A hanger running tool for installing a hanger in a well. The hanger running tool includes a central bore, a hanger engagement arrangement having an engaged position in which the hanger engagement arrangement is coupled to the hanger and a disengaged position in which the hanger engagement arrangement is decoupled from the hanger, and a pressure-controlled anchoring actuator which actuates an anchoring arrangement. The pressure-controlled anchoring actuator has an actuation surface. The hanger engagement arrangement has the engaged position in response to an increase in a pressure at a first pressure source, and the disengaged position in response to an increase in a pressure inside the central bore. The pressure-controlled anchoring actuator is actuated in response to an increase in a pressure on the actuation surface so that the anchoring arrangement anchors the hanger to an anchor point.
