摘要: A powershift transmission in a motor vehicle is arranged between a prime mover and driven wheels of the motor vehicle for transmission of propulsive power and selection of different gear speed ratios. The powershift transmission includes at least two factional clutches for alternatively engaging at least two input shafts, a main transmission, a range section and an output shaft. A countershaft in the powershift transmission is rotationally connectable to the output shaft in order to establish a by-pass torque path, passing by the range section, and in which propulsive power can be transferred when the range section is gear shifted between different range speed ratios.

摘要: A multi-clutch power shift transmission for a motor vehicle with at least one prime mover is provided, where a shaft brake unit is arranged to reduce the rotational speed of one of two input shafts, and a central synchronizing unit is arranged to make a first of the input shafts rotate faster or slower than a second of the input shafts. The shaft brake unit and the central synchronizing unit are arranged to be simultaneously activated in order to reduce rotating speeds prior to the engagement of tooth clutches when the output shaft is not rotating. The input shaft brake unit is arranged to be used when performing a multi-step power shift.

摘要: The present invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising an internal combustion engine and a first electronic control unit (48) for controlling the engine depending on the setting of a manual throttle, an electronic control unit (45) for controlling the transmission, depending on a set position of a manual gear selector (46). The invention is characterized in that one of the control units is disposed, with fed-in parameters and thus at least knowledge of the target speed of the vehicle, the surrounding topology and the throttle opening position, to reduce the throttle opening, in those cases where the vehicle, relative to the target speed, has a speed below target speed and gravity can subsequently accelerate the vehicle. In a similar manner, the kinetic energy of the vehicle is used, in those cases where the vehicle has an above target speed and gravity can subsequently retard the vehicle.

A first tooth surface of the first gearwheel is in engagement with the teeth of the second gearwheel. A second tooth surface of the first gearwheel (402, 602, 702) constitutes a part in a spline joint together with corresponding internal teeth of a gear element (423, 623, 723, 823). A lubricant duct (429, 629, 729, 829) is arranged so as to conduct lubricant to the first tooth surface. The lubricant duct (429, 629, 729, 829) consists of a space between a tooth tip and a corresponding tooth root in the spline joint. The gear element (423, 623, 723, 823) consists of a coupling ring. The first gearwheel (402, 602, 702) consists of a sun wheel. Both the coupling ring and the sun wheel form part of a range gearbox with planetary gear stages.

摘要: Method and arrangement for providing a lubrication device for a stage-geared gearbox (1, 2) arranged in a motor vehicle. The gearbox (1, 2) has an input shaft (4), intermediate shaft (5), which has at least one gear meshing with a gear on the input shaft (4). A main shaft (6) is provided with gears (7, 8, 9, 10) which mesh with gears on the intermediate shaft. One gear (11, 18) on both the intermediate shaft (5) and the main shaft (6) are for reverse. A reverse gear shaft (20) is supported in the casing (16, 21) and in a reverse gear shaft lug (22), the reverse gear shaft lug in turn being fixed in the casing (16). A reverse intermediate gear (19) is arranged on the reverse gear shaft (20) between the reverse gear shaft lug (22) and the bearing point for the reverse gear shaft in the casing (21). The reverse intermediate gear (19) meshes with the two corresponding gears (11, 18) for reverse gears. The lubrication device includes a lubricant pump (24) that is arranged between bearing points (16, 21, 22) of the reverse gear shaft (20). An oil filter (28) is arranged in the cover (54).

摘要: A transmission includes an input shaft, a main shaft, a countershaft, and an oil pump. The input shaft, the main shaft and the countershaft are provided with gearwheels in order to enable torque transfer in a plurality of forward and backward gear speeds. The oil pump is provided with a freewheel mechanism, which includes an oil pump driveshaft, a first pump drive gearwheel and a first and a second freewheel arranged upon the oil pump driveshaft. Both the first and the second freewheel can transfer torque to the oil pump drive shaft in one and the same direction. The first freewheel is in drive connection with the countershaft and the second freewheel is connected to the first pump drive gearwheel, which meshes with a first gearwheel coaxial with the main shaft and which first gearwheel transfers torque in at least one of the forward or backward gear speeds.

摘要: An interlocking device arranged to prevent forbidden order of engagement/disengagement of two tooth clutches in a vehicle transmission is provided and includes a groove arranged in a first of shift rods, and a second and a third groove arranged in a second of shift rods, an interlocking element arranged coplanar with the shift rods, and directed and movable towards the shift rods. The length of the interlocking element is adapted to allow certain combinations and order of engagement/disengagement of the tooth clutches. A piston element partitions the second and third groove. The piston element is movably arranged in a hole in the second shift rod such that the interlocking element can push the piston element down in the hole, allowing the second shift rod to be displaced only one-way when the first shift rod is in an engaged position.
