Abstract: The present invention provides carbon nanotubes perpendicularly and densely deposited over a wide area of a substrate. The carbon nanotubes are manufactured by supplying alternating-current power at a specific frequency between an anode and a cathode disposed in a reactor, and causing plasma to be generated between the anode and the cathode by introducing mixed gas containing an aliphatic hydrocarbon having 1-5 carbon atoms and hydrogen or mixed gas containing an aromatic hydrocarbon and hydrogen. The substrate is disposed between the anode and the cathode and held at a distance two times or less of the mean free path of a hydrocarbon cation from the anode.

Abstract: A fluorescent luminous tube is provided that has a getter mirror film formed in an arbitrary shape by illuminating a laser beam onto a getter. In order to form the getter film 32, the rectangular ring-less getter 31 mounted on the anode substrate 11 is irradiated with the laser beam L from the outside of the front substrate 12 and thus is evaporated. In this process, when the illumination spot of the laser beam L is moved along the scanning line 33, the rectangular getter mirror film 32 is formed around the scanning line 33. The burnt region 34, which has the same shape and size as those of the scanning line 33, is formed using the laser beam L.

The detonator (10) is loaded in a blast hole (72) in the blasting face (71), and has a receiving coil (12) for wirelessly receiving a second downstream signal at a second frequency lower than the first frequency. A relay device (30) includes a first transmitting-receiving antenna (35) that wirelessly receives the first downstream signal, a relay processor (32) that wirelessly receives the first downstream signal and processes it into the second downstream signal to be wirelessly transmitted at the second frequency, and a second transmitting-receiving antenna (37) that transmits the second downstream signal. The second transmitter-receiver antenna (37) is loaded into an insertion hole (74) in the blasting face (71) aligned with the blast hole (72).

Abstract: This communication system has a transmitter and a receiver for repeatedly transmitting a frame of steering signal having a plurality of channels. The transmitter stores an identification data of a control parameter of a specific operation object in a first empty channel within one frame and stores a characteristic data of the control parameter of the specific operation object in a second empty channel to transmit along with steering data of other channels. Since the identification data and the characteristic data are transmitted at the same time along with the control data, the control parameters can be changed during steering of the operation object. Since the characteristic data and the identification data are transmitted in the same frame as a pair, when at least the one frame is received, the setting of the control parameter can be changed.
