Abstract:
The invention relates to a refiner (1) for treating composite products made from thermoplastic material(s), comprising an enclosure (3) with a cylindrical wall, defining a treatment chamber provided with at least one feed opening (5) for products to be treated and at least one outlet opening (5′) for treated products, and a cylindrical drum (6), mounted so as to be able to move in the cylindrical enclosure (3) and having a diameter smaller than that of the latter, the longitudinal axes of symmetry of the outer enclosure (3) and the inner drum (6) respectively being parallel to each other, the refiner (1) being characterized in that it comprises a means for heating the treatment chamber (4) and in that the drum (6) is mounted in the outer enclosure (3) so that it is able to move in rotation about its longitudinal axis (A2) and so that its longitudinal axis (A2) is able to move along a circular path around the longitudinal axis of said enclosure (3), the two types of possible movements mentioned above being controlled by separate drive and/or actuation means allowing them to be effected selectively or in combination.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a silyl terminated prepolymer and to a curable composition containing this prepolymer. These compositions are used to make sealants, coatings or adhesives useful in the field of construction, public works and civil engineering.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer, to a composition comprising said polyurethane and a binder, for example bitumen and/or a biobased binder, and also to the use of the composition for the preparation of a waterproofing membrane, a soundproofing membrane, a liquid sealing system, a bituminous mix surfacing, a mastic asphalt surfacing, a primer, a varnish, a mastic, an adhesive or a binder emulsion
Abstract:
A polyester polyol of formula produced by a first polycondensation (a) of a sugar alcohol Z in C3 to C8 and two diacids Y and Y′ which are the same or different in C4 to C36, and a second polycondensation (b) of the product produced in (a) with two diols X and X′ which are the same or different in C2 to C12, the polymer including such a polyester polyol. Also, a method for producing the polyester polyols and the use thereof in foams, adhesives, coatings or elastomers of polyurethane or polyisocyanurate.
Abstract:
A rigid foam or composition allowing a rigid foam to be obtained made from polyurethane and/or polyisocyanurate. The rigid foam or composition includes polyols selected from polyester polyols and polyether polyols; the polyols include: 5 to 50% of a polyester polyol A by weight relative to the total weight of the polyols; and a polyol B selected from polyester polyols B and polyether polyols B. The polyester polyol A is of general formula Rx-Ry-Z-Ry′-Rx′ in which Z is a C3 to C8 alcohol sugar chosen from glycerol, sorbitol, erythritol, xylitol, araditol, ribitol, dulcitol, mannitol and volemitol. Ry and Ry′ are diesters of formula —OOC—Cn-COO— in which n is between 2 and 34, and Rx and Rx′ are identical or different C2 to C12 monoalcohols.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a method (100) for recovering and/or recycling a bituminous product by means of pulsed power, the bituminous product comprising bitumen and elements to be separated, involving the following steps: supplying (101) a reactor (11) inside which at least two electrodes (13) extend with the bituminous product and a liquid medium of which at least one liquid component has Hansen solubility parameters δη, δρ and δd such that the bitumen is at least partially soluble in the liquid medium, the elements to be separated being insoluble, generating (102) a series of electromagnetic pulses between the electrodes (13) in the reactor (11) so as to produce, as a result of the power, the frequency and the switching time of the electromagnetic pulses, at least one shock wave and at least ultraviolet radiation, in such a way as to disperse and dissolve the bitumen in the liquid medium, and to separate the bitumen and the insoluble elements, the liquid medium preventing the reconstitution of the bitumen.
Abstract:
Disclosed are granules comprising an elastomeric polyurethane and bitumen, processes for preparing the granules in an extruder and to their use for preparing a bituminous binder, which may especially be used for producing prefabricated sealing membranes by depositing said bituminous binder onto a fibrous support.
Abstract:
An acoustic core which can be built into a structure, such as a door or partition, in order to enable the structure to have good sound absorption and/or sound insulation properties. The core includes a multilayer substrate which has a soundproofing effect and which is mounted between two outer parts, the multilayer substrate and the outer parts being attached together so as to form a whole. The multilayer substrate includes an upper layer consisting of a polymer film, a central layer consisting of a polymeric and/or oxidized bitumen optionally having a reinforcement, and a lower layer consisting of aggregate from recycled tires. The outer parts are made of wood, wood derivatives, metal, or a plastic material, and are each provided with grooves or wedges in order to prevent full surface contact with the multilayer substrate and thereby enhance the desired soundproofing effect.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a diluent comprising: a polyisocyanate having a number of isocyanate functions strictly greater than 1 and less than or equal to 3.1; a bis-oxazolidine, and a catalyst, the amounts of bis-oxazolidine and of polyisocyanate having a number of isocyanate functions strictly greater than 1 and less than or equal to 3.1 being such that the molar ratio between the —NH functions of the bis-oxazolidine and the NCO functions is from 0.3 to 0.75; the —NH functions of the bis-oxazolidine being the —NH functions derived from the amine functions formed after opening of the bis-oxazolidine ring, said diluent not comprising any solvent or any exogenous plasticizer; to polyurethane resin compositions comprising said diluent and to the uses thereof.
