Abstract: A method and the device of the working bucket number identification technology during the shoveling-and-loading process of the loader uses multi-sensor fusion technology for the three kinds of pressure sensors during the shoveling-and-loading process of the loader to realize the automatic identification of the bucket number during the shoveling-and-loading process. It can effectively improve and ensure the accuracy of the test data, while effectively preventing drivers from overworking. The method and device is also beneficial to the recognition of the loader working stage, and provides a good foundation for accurately identifying the working stage and realizing the dynamic prediction and control of the working process.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for treating dye wastewater. The method includes: firstly, homogenizing the dye wastewater to balance the quality of the dye wastewater from different processes; then subjecting the homogenized dye wastewater to anaerobic treatment to remove most of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and total suspended solids (SS) in the wastewater; and finally subjecting the dye wastewater after the anaerobic treatment to circulating anaerobic-oxic treatment in a membrane bioreactor (MBR). In the present invention, the MBR is filled with a quinone-based hollow fiber membrane. The quinone acts as an electron mediator to accelerate an enzymatic reaction for dye decolorization during the anaerobic process, thereby achieving the purpose of efficient decolorization. The oxic treatment process further removes the COD and SS in the wastewater, so that the effluent meets a first-level discharge standard. The results of the examples show that by treating the dye wastewater by the method provided by the present invention, the COD in the effluent is less than 100 mg/L, the chromaticity is less than 20 times, and the SS is 0.

Abstract: The invention provides a kit for full-range detection of C-reactive protein based on chemiluminescence immunoassay and a method for full-range detection of C-reactive protein. The kit comprises an R1 reagent, an M reagent, an R2 reagent, a pre-excitation solution and an excitation solution. The R1 reagent, that is a sample treatment solution, is a 0.5M citric acid solution (pH 3.0-3.5, which is adjusted by disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate). The present invention also provides a kit for full-range detection of C-reactive protein, which comprises a flat-bottomed plate-type chemiluminescence plate coated with a first antibody, a sample treatment solution, a second antibody labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AP), a color developing solution. The invention also provides a method for full-range detection of C-reactive protein using the kit. Both the first antibody and the second antibody are monoclonal antibodies that can specifically react with C-reactive protein.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method of manufacturing silicon dioxide nanoparticles modified by a polymer containing phosphorus and nitrogen, which relates to organic/inorganic hybrid nanoparticles, dispersing SiO2 in an organic solvent, then adding THPS, stirring, and finally adding p-phenylenediamine, reacting, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain silicon dioxide nanoparticles modified by a polymer containing phosphorus and nitrogen. The silicon dioxide nanoparticles modified by the polymer containing phosphorus and nitrogen have effects in flame retardancy, strengthening effect of polymer matrixes, and are expected to be widely used in the halogen-free synergistic flame retardancy of polymer materials.

Abstract: A coaxial capacitive sensor includes a sensor lubricating oil inlet and a sensor lubricating oil outlet. The sensor lubricating oil inlet and the sensor lubricating oil outlet separately communicate with the interior of the coaxial capacitive sensor. The interior of the coaxial capacitive sensor is provided with a center bearing, electrode support insulating substrates, and electrode plates. The plurality of electrode support insulating substrates and the center bearing divide the interior of the coaxial capacitive sensor into a plurality of detection sub-spaces, and the electrode plates are attached onto the electrode support insulating substrates, respectively. The coaxial capacitive sensor provided by the present invention can be arranged in a lubricating oil pipeline to avoid the influences of environmental factors on the testing results, and can on-line detect the characteristics of the lubricating oil abrasive particles efficiently.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for changing an coenzyme activity and a preference of glucose dehydrogenase and the use thereof, and relates to the technical field of genetic engineering. In the method of the present invention, by performing a site-directed mutation of the fourth amino acid in a conserved sequence GXXXGXG of the glucose dehydrogenase, a mutant protein with the changed coenzyme activity and preference can be simply and directly obtained without a large amount of screening, such that the enzyme can be widely applied to catalyze a coenzyme regeneration reaction. In the embodiments of the present invention, four glucose dehydrogenase mutants T17G, T17K, T17RGDH DN46 and K17G are finally obtained by site-directed mutation of the 4th amino acid (which binds with a nicotinamide coenzyme ribose 2′-phosphate) in the conserved sequence GXXXGXG widely existed in glucose dehydrogenases from different sources, and upon verification, the enzyme activity, preference and the like of them all have been varied.
